Nothing Everything

Sketchy area, no working elevator and up three flights, doors without locks, door to hostel left open regularly, weird encounter with a traveler while I was there.

Moldy walls in the bathroom, no soap on the toilets, hidden additional fees

Location is worse

Nothing! Disgusting and dangerous. I did not stay there because it was so bad. Full of drug users and it was not safe to stay there for me as a girl specially. I requested refund. I want from booking team to proceed this process.

The only good point is more or less the location, because it is close to the main train station, but at the same time, it is also in the middle of Langestrasse (red-light district of Zurich), so doesn't feel very safe and pleasant. Beds were also ok, bigger than usual. It was honestly disgusting. The lockers were in very poor condition, even when locked, they could easily be opened if you force them a bit. I got the impression that some people were living there permanently, as there were groceries in the room and it was not clean at all. The common areas, like bathrooms, toilets, kitchen, were disgusting. I didn’t even take a shower because I was afraid of catching something. Everything is broken and nothing looks like it does in the pictures. On top of that, it’s located in the middle of Langstrasse, a red-light district, and the building looks abandoned, with empty flats, broken windows, and an overall neglected appearance. I honestly don’t understand how a place like this can operate in Switzerland. Even for a hostel, I was not expecting such poor conditions, especially in Switzerland. It's clearly just a place designed to make money, that's all.

I did not like anything, I walked into the room and walked right out and left the building. It was not clean and not safe. I did not like anything. Unsafe area of town, difficult to get into the building, unclean.

The room was alright and the people were nice Location - surrounded by the night clubs, not safe after dark and very very dirty right in front of the building with homeless people living in the stairs by the door lock. Smell inside the building / common area - old alcoholic smell with cigarets Kitchen - old and rusty Noise - coming from outside till 4 am on regular Wednesday

There was nothing that I liked about this hostel. It was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life and the neighborhood was absolutely terrible. There was trash everywhere and the street was filled with drug dealers and prostitutes. There was no fan or A/C in my room which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The bed itself wasn’t uncomfortable but the overall environment definitely was. I would not recommend this hostel to anybody ever. There was absolutely nothing about this hostel that I liked.

The owner slept on the kitchen table and if u came back late you had to knock on the door to wake him up from the table.

The easy check in online was nice. Clarified with person instantly There was trash and flies everywhere. Everyone was smoking. No receptionist when the hours said there should be one. Our bed assignment was slept in. We had to pay for sheets per person but we were using one bed.

It's ugly, small, not enough bathrooms, noisy, they charge sheets, blankets and towels and smell weird. The location is a bit scary. There's no privacy because you can't lock the doors. The staff entered the room often when we arrived, the pictures are not accurate.

Had to pay for your own bed linen, something that seems should be included, facilities were old

First they don't have any reception counter there to help u. I don't like it
