Very close to the front. Easy to get to the centre also. Staff were very kind and approachable. Room was everything I needed. While in a good place, it was noisy at night. The noise was significant, but of course because it was so hot, I needed a window open. So its hard to blame them.

It's not a hotel it's a bar with letting rooms and you can't get breakfast apart from continental style pre booked and brought up to your room. To call it a hotel is a misdescription.

Great location, lovely staff, room nice. Very warm. It was a hot couple of days generally but could do with some air con for the price we paid.

Great location for Us, nice clean & tidy, well presented room. 1 minute walk to the beach ️ 5 minute walk into town. Even tho it is a pub, the rooms are situated away from the main pub so could hardly hear the music or people socialising there. Own key card access so no walking through the main pub I’d recommend staying here for anyone A*** Only one negative which I thought was a bit of a let down is the maid slamming doors from 7:30am onwards till we had to check out at 11am !! Was not happy as we had a 5 hour journey home back to London that day so really could have done with couple hours more sleep. Is there no way to clean the rooms after all the guests have left from 11am ♀️

I was a bit sceptical about the rooms being above a pub but the staff were lovely and even struggled to carry my case upstairs for me. Unlike other places I've stayed there was ample tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the room , the shower was great and clean and the bed comfortable. Just a stones throw from the beach I would happily come back again. The driving abilities of some locals leaves something to be desired so make sure you park well out of the way if you arrive by car.

Excellent location, second time staying here. The rooms are above a pub but you would never know as its so quiet! We rang on the off chance to see if our room was ready earlier than expected and it was so we checked in with no issues. Staff were great and really friendly, will definitely stay again.

The property was excellent. Rooms were above a pub, which was absolutely fine. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. We had problems with our booked accommodation elsewhere and this was an emergency booking, and what a find it was, it was so good I wish I had have booked this place first Will definitely be back. Had a great time here There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
