Only complaint is parking only being able to park for 4 hours then no return for 4 hours and on their web site it's ticked for on site parking

location was great cleanliness especially at the hotel entrance could be improved. I stayed on sat night- it was noisy up till 3am from the outside

Coffee pot for hot water sounds like a jet engine, truly thought it would wake up my neighbors. Easy fix.

The taps wouldn't work properly after flushing the toilet, luckily we didn't use the shower

Good location. Easy to find. Clean, crisp bedding. Interesting use of wood for furniture Could have used 2 chairs but I can see it would have been tricky in the space.

Location Nice Room Fridge Decor Shower Broken hairdryer in room which very inconvenient. Despite emailing as directed, I had no reply or replacement hairdryer, and was never anyone in reception to contact. Not enough milk or sugar and again, no one in reception to obtain more from. Beds sharp wooden edges which hurt knee on and pillows uncomfortable. Having to gain entry through door down an unpleasant alleyway in the dark at night. Missing brick in ground which led to twisting ankle!
