Location is great and the views from the room were great. Its an old property and in heat gets quite stuffy. Windows left open means seagulls in your room Lots of steep steps too. But there is nothing that can be done about it Just if you you cant manage steep steps maybe rethink

The location couldn't have been better. The staff was lovely, very accommodating. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Nothing really comes to mind.

Ideal location with views of the bay from your bed. Clean and tidy and hospitable. "Front desk" doubling as the bar was a bit confusing though easily navigated, also it discourages guests from troubling the already light staff who are busy serving.

The location was very convenient, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would complain about were the pillows were very firm.

Breakfast was very good and nice friendly staff. Location is perfect being right on the sea front. Road parking is a bit of a problem though it is free between 6pm and 8am if you can find a space.

Lovely location perfect for a seaside stay. Nothing.

The room was a bit warm, a fan was provided, but it wasn't easy to get any outside air circulation in to cool the room.

It was well run, immaculate, friendly staff in a perfect location. The owner we extremely engaging and committed to insuring that we had a perfect stay. There was nothing we did not like, apart from leaving too soon.
