The door to the room was not secure. Mattress very uncomfortable

Very thin walls, could hear people talking at night from the next room. The water in the toilet was dripping all night.

The only good about the hotel is the location. Where do I start!?! The floor is extremely uneven, that it leaves a big gap under the door, getting up groggy in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom makes it feel like you are drunk, the carpet needs a good shampoo, there was mold in the shower, mold in the corner of the room and window, my fiance found a spot of blood on the bathroom floor, the windows were dirty, and the mattress old and extremely soft (horrible sleep). The day we checked in, the alley was filled with garbage, it says it has Internet, but it never connected to our phones, couldn't properly watch TV because it's also connected to the Internet, the shower is small (the bathroom is big, but they made the shower this tiny box where you can barely move), there is only one little rack to hang up clothes (more like jackets and nothing else, 3 hangers), and the only lock on the door was loose (like someone tried to break into the room at some point), it needs to be replaced. Unable to share all of my pics of the room.

The noise wasn't too bad, considering the location, the room was clean and shower excellent The promised mini fridge was nowhere to be seen, the bed was uncomfortable (a very well used mattress, I think) and there was a missing floorboard (covered with carpet) right under the middle castors of the bed of one side, giving the bed a slight but noticeable slope to one side. There are also no staff and no apparent means of contacting any other than wandering into the nightlcub downstairs.

Advert should have said that the room is above a night club with disco till 2am. Also no sound insulation between floors - so significant noise from the disco below and noise from other guests in the room above and to the side. If you want any sleep, do not stay at this hotel.

' Raise a glass to this place', On arriving we met the staff they were really helpful , welcomed us and made sure we had everything, ,even tho it was self check in, so time scales are easy here as they make sure the access codes are sent. A great room lovely size comfortable bed, and facilities, spotless tea ,coffee , toiletries,( toothbrush love the little paste tubes ) it is a great location in the town ,for shopping and bars ,and the sea front two minutes away., definitely stay here best in town, credit to all their hardwork Nothing to say here , at all , all great

We didn't have an email with the codes for the lock boxes and doors, we were stuck outside for about an hour as no one answered the phone or emails. We had no instructions for the self check in, we were having to look for somewhere else to stay as we had drove nearly 3 hours already and with our dog. The only way we managed to get hold of staff is when my partner found them on Instagram and messaged privately on there. The woman we spoke to was lovely but we still wasn't given the correct information and was given wrong codes. Eventually a really lovely man ran down to us to help us get in which we were grateful for but unfortunately I've forgotten his name. The tv in the room was tiny with rubbish quality. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was two single beds pushed together and one of them was completely sunk in. We w ill not be staying here again.

The room was excellent and very spacious. It appeared to have been recently renovated. Great bed and very good bathroom. The location is excellent. Right in the middle of town with plenty of places to eat breakfast and evening meals close by. The Medina, adjacent to Harley's, had a great menu for breakfast and other meals and opened early. The accommodation is over a night club which operates until midnight. While most of the noise can be excluded by closing the windows the bass did disrupt our sleep. The music did crease just before midnight. If you're a night owl and stay up late this accommodation is exceptionally good value for money. While parking is not provided we were able to park out the front of the accommodation one night (6pm-9.30am). Overnight parking is available at the church a few minutes down the road at a cost of £4 for 24 hours. Multiple days parking was also available. 3 days for £10. We originally booked four nights but only stayed two.
