Amazing location and staff. They clearly have been working hard to get back in operation after the hurricane. And they largely succeeded - they are open when most others are not. Still have work to do: no internet, phones or properly running air-conditioning. The hotel delayed our check in by almost 2 hours, offered to buy our lunch for making us wait, then failed to pay our lunch.

I loved everything about the hotel !!! The view , the architecture, the location . The amazing friendly staff ,as you arrive you feel welcomed into the best vacation ! Best breakfast menu I have ever experienced in Acapulco . I spent 4 nights , should have stayed at least a week . I will definitely plan to go back soon.

No regular pool cleaning and no small grab and go store on site and this was a minimal issue.

The staff at the check out are overcharging our account. No one has the solution since we left on Sunday, haven’t call us back to correct such mistake. Check out and the super expensive taxi service they presa us to use.

The hotel has beautiful views of the Acapulco Bay and the Sunset The knobs and doors are very hard to open. Also do not have enough furniture to lay baggage or sit down in the hotel or side tables. also took a while to check in and room was not ready. Water in the Pool was very cold. The water heater does not evenly warm the entire pool. The menu needs a little more variety.

The view it’s fantastic. The food is great but overpriced They close the pool at 8 pm which its really early for a destination like this. Rooms need more maintenance. The first one had a musty smell the second one one light wasn’t working it remain the same during all our stay even when we reported it . One piece of the closet was falling down. They mention they have deals with beach clubs . You won’t get any discount or benefit . You just get the same deal as if you were staying anywhere else .
