Nice, clean, close to airport, good shuttle service Staff on day 2 gave shoddy services. They forgot to place my order for my breakfast and when I eventually got it (I had to call several times and go downstairs to physically look for staff to place my order again), the food was cold and incomplete. It took 20 minutes and 3 phone calls for a simple hand towel and 15 minutes and 3 calls to get my clothes picked up for ironing.

Very good hotel

Very good linen and comfortable beds. Great staff, friendly and efficient. Soulless, restaurants feel like a cantine, hotel feels like a hospital. No place to enjoy a small view or vibe like some greenery and soft lighting.

Late check-out was requested, but I had to ask again because the staff wasn't aware of it.

The location and the reception

The reception staff was friendly and helpful and efficient. We received a complimentary juice beverage on arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was huge! and refreshing. Free shuttle to the airport. Airport shuttle was 10 minutes late and the driver parked where he could go pick up an arrival instead of dropping me at departures.

I loved the friendliness of the reception staff and support staff. They were very kind and respectful as well as very responsive. It was very clean. I've stayed in a couple of hotels closer to the Kotoka Airport and Palms tops them all with cleanliness. The restaurant food was quite pricey and took forever to be served.

Close to the airport. Breakfast: hot dishes were cold. No spoons, so I had to eat yoghurt with a fork.

The recent renovations were well done. My room was beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the only reason I got out of bed, was to go to breakfast. The breakfast was varied and healthy. The room was well appointed with new furniture, comfortable chairs and lovely decor. The staff was very nice and professional. N/A

Location was close to airport. Staff flexible for accommodating late check out. Staff are good, but need more training. No Indian - vegetarian cuisine available at hotel. No cab service available at hotel. No forex services at hotel, they dont even take dollars to give local currency No table for keeping baggage, you have to keep it in the floor or in the table below TV which is already cramped with few things like tea cups etc and not designed to hold baggage. No facility to make phone calls from room, just an intercom available at room But the most concerning thing is, think there is some plumbing issues...even if you dont use the toilet, sometimes the dust is coming from top room and visible in the toilet sink, which is disgusting and need to be flushed.
