What I didn’t like was that the airport shuttle didn’t arrive on time, and we had to wait over an hour at the airport. Also, the breakfast was disappointing and did not meet the standards of a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

The organization was about messy. One morning they make my breakfast an issue which embarrassed me. Shower wasn’t working for two nights and I complained about it and the response was ow sorry that room is not working. Why they give me a room with out working bathroom?

I liked that my check in was seamless. I always send my reservation with my passport details and airport pick up in advance so that there are no delays in checking in. Similarly, my check out was smooth and shuttle service to the airport was on time. I also always get allocated my favourite floor and room preference. n/a

We liked everything and would definitely come back again during our second stay in Ethiopia. This is one of the best hotels. Good value for the price. Friendly stuff. Really good breakfast options. If you didnt book breakfast with your stay it costs 30$ for 2 people, with booking only 10$. An offer would be great here :)

Location Gym Swimming Pool Water pressure in bathroom is pathetic, I had to call maintenance regularly. Hot water is irregular also.

Good choices at breakfast - omelette station, pastries, porridge, fruits & a lot of cake! Hot savoury African options Spas are single-sex and very well run, even late in the evening. Swimming pool is nice but very warm Quadrant shape building means the upper floors are not suitable for vertigo sufferers or excitable children

The property is clean and the staff was friendly. I like the sauna and Spa center. That most of the rooms have no shataff in the wasrooms. Also there was some noise coming from nearby rooms or corridors not sure as like they were doing some maintenance. Hence they have to change me to another floor.
