I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was convenient, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The airport transfer was punctual and well organized, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The room service dinner was also delicious. A special thank you to the reception staff for their outstanding hospitality and helpfulness throughout my stay. The only issue was that the bathroom floor always seemed to have water on it, maybe due to a leak. I mentioned this before checking out. Kindly look into it, as it could be a safety hazard and someone might slip.

The excellent service and professionalism of the staff. The value for money was far better than any other hotel in the area. The food can be better, especially diner. Breakfast is good enough.

Location. Middle of the road business hotel. No AC for e.g., and room furniture was wobbly or not working properly

It was ok. Staff was friendly but not very responsive. Bathroom was super old and not in good condition. There was no fridge in the room. Also, I requested a taxi from the hotel. They requested it for me, and I trusted would be a taxi I could trust and I was robbed.

The room is very clean and hospitable staff in general . I recommended Tolip hotel which is the best hotel with its cleanness and comfortable rooms.

Location. Friendly staff and big rooms. Availability of airport shuttle. The room Didn't have either AC or a fan. It was warm, and without ventilation it was hard getting to sleep. The hotel missed sending me my airport pick up and I had to get a taxi. Besides, no one picked up the phone when I tried to ring them up.

The property was clean and the staff were nice. I was a solo traveler so I felt safe in the hotel. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were tasty too. The place provides good value for money.
