The photos of this hotel do not match the real rooms nor all the amenities. We had originally plan to stay for three nights at this place and when we arrived, we found it to be unsafe, dirty, and not worth the amount they charged us. When we asked to check out after our first night and receive a partial refund for the night that we’re not staying. They refuse to refund us. We had a terrible experience and they put no effort into making it up for us an anyway.

The complimentary breakfast was just as bad. The food was poorly prepared, some items seemed undercooked, and the quality was unacceptable. Between the power outage and the terrible breakfast, this stay was extremely disappointing. For the amount of money charged, I expected much better accommodations and service. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

They were doing work outside my room first thing in the morning, not only loud with tools, but yelling and talking to each other with no awareness. Then when I was leaving, there was so much equipment and tools I couldn’t even get out. They were blocking my door

Room appears very old and smells bad

“Very disappointed with my stay. The power in my room was out for over 4 hours, which meant no lights, no AC, and no way to charge my phone. The room became extremely uncomfortable, and I actually had to sit in my car just to charge my phone while waiting for the issue to be fixed. This completely disrupted my stay and was not what I expected when paying for a hotel room. After hours of waiting, the manager told me I could leave and receive a refund. While I appreciate being refunded, it does not make up for the inconvenience, frustration, and wasted time. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.”

Everything was dark and dirty. Looked at 2 rooms. Cancelled and left. Lost one night stay. Hotel.com not flexible with cancellation

There is not enough parking. Arrived late in the evening and had no place to park

Breakfast was not a good experience. When the sausage arrived 45 minutes after the posted breakfast starting time, it was still partially frozen and a health hazard.

Basic stay hotel. I was awaken at 4:30 am by strong smell of Marijuana smoke from a neighbor's room. Staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

Our room (233) was not cleaned well when my family and I arrived. When we opened the door, I noticed there were pieces of garbage on the floor and in the bathroom, there was a towel behind the toilet. Also, don’t plan on taking a shower because it backs up within 2 minutes. So you are quite literally standing in dirty water. And oh, would help to have some soap in the container that is in the shower. Had to switch soap bottles. Also we had our sign for house keeping the next day, but no one came. We needed more towels because we couldn’t use one of them (there were stains on that one). Also, the breakfast is horrible. I know it’s free but we had better free breakfast before. The breakfast was off brand ego waffles that you toast, microwave sausage, hard boiled eggs - so no scrambled eggs. They also had bananas and cereal. You can also only fit 4 people on the elevator. All in all, I would not stay here again or any Baymont hotels. I think this was rated 3.5 stars, but it really should be 1.5 or a 2.
