Weird smell around the building and in the room. Lots of garbage in the back and someone randomly doing car work. Multiple people standing or sitting outside the building at all hours. Waited 20 minutes to get checked in and someone to come to the front. 0 starts.

We wait more then 40 and we get there it was around 5:pm and none of the rooms were available. Terrible experience.

I hated it I start to get my money back. When I checked in they still charged me another $100 for deposit that wasn’t online. Plus it took 20 minutes before anyone helped me, plus the guests were walking all around drinking. So I asked management about it they said they didn’t have control of the situation. Then I finally get my keys to the room and elevator sound like I was about to get stuck on it . Never again I hated that whole situation thumbs down for me 👎👎👎👎

Only thing I liked bout property was the location Staff is rude there was no where to park my tv didn’t work so I heard everything from hallway kept me up it not like pictures it wasn’t too clean and they charge a safe fee at check in even if you don’t use it of 10 extra dollars

Great for my one night stay

bathroom door kept getting stuck, bathroom in general could’ve been a bit cleaner. Did enjoy the roku tv but had to use my hotspot because it didn’t pick up the wifi. Hallways looked dingy, overall need to be updated. Not bad for a quick stay

So many rats!! Hotel breakfast consisted of eggs, sausages, yogurt, waffles, bread, bagels, and a variety of beverages, which always made breakfast, predictable and affordable! I can’t complain about the free food. However, I did have a large hiccup during my trip (the hotel management did offer me a one night stay in their room with a jacuzzi). The only reason why they don’t get an excellent reading across the board is because they still made me pay for the full price of the room. Although I did nothing wrong during the trip, I do want to express that there were cleanliness issues during my stay, so this hotel is not five out of five stars for cleanliness, but the staff was sort of helpful, I guess. After witnessing rats running around outside, I would think that they would offer more reasonable accommodations. The managers name is Sunny and although I’m sure he feels like he did everything he could. I would’ve appreciated a more reasonable compensation for the issues that I had with the cleanliness of my tub and the bathroom. There is a lot of parking around the hotel and the housekeeping staff is very friendly, but the front desk staff seems very overwhelmed. They tend to have a large influx of individuals who are interested in staying, and then do not clean the rooms properly before. Turning them over to a paying, customer and then expect the paying customer to pay more for an upgrade.

Hotel lobby and hallways smelled terrible like mildew or water damage. "Hot breakfast" was cold gard boiled eggs, cereal, and bagels/bread. Thawed frozen waffles. Overall rundown

When we returned to the front desk, we discovered we were not the only guests experiencing this issue. Several other people had also been assigned rooms that were not ready, which suggested there was little communication between the front desk and housekeeping about which rooms were available. We then waited about 30 minutes while the front desk employee tried to resolve the situation. Throughout the process, he repeatedly stated there would be no discount or accommodation, despite the hotel failing to have our room ready well after the advertised check-in time. At that point, we decided to cancel our reservation and find another hotel for the night. To make matters worse, the property itself did not look nearly as nice as it did in the online photos. Between the poor condition of the hotel, the lack of organization, the unhelpful customer service, and being unable to provide a clean room hours after check-in, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Nothing, would not let me check in. Got to the hotel, would not let me check in, had a reservation. They gave my room away. The check in girl was absolutely rude!!!!
