Extended Stay America Suites Chicago Elmhurst O'Hare

I arrive there late to pick up a family from O'Hare airport. The room smells like a horse's barn!! I did not think it would be like that, if it was not late time, I would go somewhere else. I wonder if EPA is aware of it! I started feeling sick the next day. Besides, the guy who checked me in was the absolute arrogant, he made me feel like I was asking a room for free; on other hand the lady who checked me out was very nice and friendly.

First of all when you come into the parking lot there stranglers all around looking at your cars. Then get the room it's dirty the hoof has dirt up under it the fridge has stuff spilling on the side not use to that I cancelled and got out of there.

The room was clean and neat. There were to many people hanging out in the parking lot drinking .There were always a crowd of people weather I was going out or coming in it made me feel very uncomfortable.I didnt like it at all I was scared.

We were put into the handicap room which I did not request. The room had a bad smell to it. The bathroom was dingy and didn’t feel clean. The shower, barely worked and first of all when we woke up the next morning we found a huge blood stain on the sheets that we were sleeping on, and it was not from us the following warning we complain to the front desk and the hotel just informed us are going to refund us the stay so I’m expecting a refund from you Expedia

Property was “clean”. However, there was ants on counter and hair in sink.

The only thing I didn’t care for were the smell in the hallways. I think the carpet needs a deep clean. But other than that it was a great stay.

Weekend break was excellent

The room had ware and tare it had an old smell to it and the curtains didn’t close fully but closed.. carpet had some damage.

Property needs a lot of maintenance.
