Noisy neighbors above you could hear every step. Employees acted like they weren't in a service driven industry. it is eh at best.

BED BUGS AND HAIR AND STAINS OH MY! STAY AWAY!!!

The breakfast option was awful; by 7:15 am, all of the food had been consumed and had not been replenished. The room is crawling with spiders, and your key card only works once, locking you out each time you leave. We had to keep asking for key cards. It was difficult to fall asleep because you could hear cars passing by, people walking down the hallway, and people flushing their toilets or watching TV in their rooms.

It was nice and clean. The staff was very cheerful. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

I booked through Hotels. com because there was no option to book directly with the hotel. The moment we walked in, the lobby was extremely hot, with fans running instead of air conditioning. The property looked dirty and poorly maintained, and someone was smoking marijuana right outside the entrance. I asked to see the room before checking in, and it confirmed my concerns. While I can overlook an older hotel, I cannot overlook a dirty one. The room appeared unclean, and the air conditioner didn't seem to be working properly. I immediately asked to cancel my reservation, but because I booked through Hotels. com, the hotel refused to authorize a refund. Hotels. com contacted the property on my behalf, but the hotel still refused, leaving my family with the choice of losing the full amount or staying. During our stay, the ice machine was broken, the pool and hot tub looked filthy, and the hallways were slippery due to inadequate floor mats. The entire property felt neglected. The most disappointing part came after our stay when the hotel texted offering a Starbucks reward in exchange for a **five - star review**. That made me question how many of the positive reviews are genuine. This wasn't about the hotel being old, it was about cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom was filthy. The breakfast was lacking.

We requested to cancel the remaining nights after our first day, but our request was denied. As a result, we ended up paying for this reservation while also paying for another hotel so we could stay somewhere that better met our expectations. I understand that cancellation policies exist, but given the condition of the property compared to what we anticipated, I was disappointed that no accommodation could be made. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision before booking.

Nice place for the price.

Room wasn’t clean. Non-smoking room but someone had been recently smoking in there. Bathroom floor had dirt all over. Alarm clock had a very loud hum. The door’s slide lock was broken off from what looked like a recent SWAT. And the AC didn’t work. Overall not a great experience.

Room had hair everywhere. Vanity was broken and bathroom unclean. Exposed wires visible. Don’t stay here

clean enough and ok. a little worn in places and some repairs needed. example door chain did not long enough to fit in the slot.

The shuttle driver is nice and the room is clean plus awesome breakfast

The hotel is old and not well maintained. Its neighbor would be a better option!

Horrible smell. Wet carpet on entire 1st floor. Hotel sorry motel did not offer any solution or accommodation for that inconvenience. Sketchy people were lingering around. There was even a trailer parked in the back and there was someone sitting in a chair that I could see from the window. Unsafe and the side door was propped open. Do not stay here.

The building inside and outside were filthy and in a state of disrepair. The outside was littered with trash everywhere. Inside the building things looked old and not well maintained. Inside the room was even more disgusting, chair covered with stains, couch was broken with several ripped areas. The bathroom was dirty and stained and had several hairs in the sink and showers. Definitely would not recommend.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The pool was warm and clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

Very outdated, dirty, black mold on ceiling in the gym, smelt dirty when you walked in. The driver for the airport shuttle was horrible
