Awesome experience

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, wallpaper peeling off, couch cushion was ripped and the room smelled musty and felt damp.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Toilet was leaking. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Hotel could use a bit of updating or a remodel.

My stay here was excellent. The evening desk clerk was helpful with getting me information on taking the Metra to downtown. The morning clerk was equally helpful with information for going to o’hare. The breakfast was fantastic with several hot options. The hotel is easy access to an express way. All in all I was pleasantly surprised at how great my stay was.

We were just there for one night, a family of five. It was fine. The staff was very friendly. My kids liked the breakfast. Our room was fine just not as clean as I would’ve liked and just seemed kind of dark and dingy compared to what I’m used to at other hotels of this brand.

I thinks they should leave the windows open or use something to prevent the odor smell on hallways and rooms I couldn’t sleep because of the bad smell. Price is not cheap for the provided room to be honest. The Ac was making so much noice too

Overall good hotel and stay. Room was good size with needed amenities. Some cosmetic things like bathroom wall paper, lower core res of bathroom door appear to have water damage. Breakfast was okay. Similar to other hotels with options. Didn’t like that the breakfast sausage crumbles were served with diced potatoes that had peppers and onions in it, so didn’t have any of that. Like a separate meat option not mixed in beforehand. One night stay served its purpose and would stay again if in area and price wise. The breakfast was not the best as stated above but that’s an opinion. Like the option of separate meat for breakfast and not mixed in with potatoes. Don’t like peppers and onions in stuff so that maybe it an easy no to eating them.

The property feels a little older but is generally very clean. Staff are friendly, helpful, and prompt. The people in the next room must have flooded the bathroom because it smelled like sewage after we they got in. The cleaning staff were prompt about addressing this room and smell.

Cons: The first room we were put in was very musty; it had a bad smoke and funky odor. Then, when we went to get the bedding for the pullout bed, there were baby flies buzzing all in the plastic bag. We had to request another room. That room was better, but carpet was stained and the couch had stains too. The tub is very narrow, and when you step in to take a shower, the plastic pops up and down…feels like you’re gonna fall through the floor. The pool wasn’t properly stocked with towels.

Indoor pool, and breakfast They still have a hold on my debit card and it's a big inconvenience. They need to be quicker about releasing the funds on my debit card when I paid cash at the end of my stay.

Our stay was really good. Nice & quiet hotel. A little dated with the door rubbing against the frame, beds were comfortable. Easy access to get to where we needed to go.
