Our towel rod and bathroom soap dispenser kept falling apart. Maintenance tried to fix it but couldn’t.

Nice place to stay for the pice per night. Pool was nice. Good breakfast. Room was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Front desk service was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and would stay again

The evening I areived at ORD, I tried to call the front desk of the hotel multiple times to confirm shuttle pick up. No one answered. Eventually someone answered, and confirmed that there was only one shuttle that arrives once an hour. Upon arriving at the hotel, I filled out a form for transportation back to ORD in the morning. That morning, when the shuttle arrived there was barely enough room for everyone who had requested service... The driver was professional, but the van was CRAMPED. Luckily everyone was ready to continue their journeys and we all mingled, and had a pleasant time. This hotel is definitely the best price in the area, but it will take AT LEAST an hour to get there, and it seems like transportation back to the airport in the morning might not be guaranteed. Things to consider.

The room was very clean and luxurious, amazing service, amazing entertainment and snacks, the breakfast was really good, especially the cinnamon sweet rolls, I genuinely had a good experience.

It was a last minute booking the week of “The Taste of Chicago”. The staff was friendly and our room was stocked with towels. We did need additional bedding which was NOT already in the sofa bed or in the closet, but it was easy to retrieve from the front desk. Breakfast was more than what I expected, so I was indeed pleased! And it was very refreshing to have the hot drinks available 24/7.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and really nice!

Room was good sized. Breakfast was good. Our room wasn’t cleaned though and we had to ask a few times for towels. Average hotel nothing too fancy but also not dingy at all. Good for a budget stay.

Good variety at breakfast, comfy beds, nice staff, nice pool, I liked the Dove products in the bathroom and the fact you had nice conditioner and lotion! Pool towels were tiny, pull out couch was very uncomfortable
