There was a foul smell coming into the room. In addition, I was over charged for the room. The manager "IKE" stated he would refund me portion of my money. That was one highlight of the stay.

The stovetop was not clean when I arrived, the bed is uncomfortable, and the pillows provided are not in good condition. Additionally, there was no coffee provided.

Terrible experience. After a 10-hour drive, one of our rooms wasn't ready, staff were rude, and one key card never worked. The rooms were dirty with stained bedding, sticky floors, and we even found cockroaches in the bathroom. To make it worse, we were woken up almost two hours before checkout asking when we were leaving. The only positive was the soft pillow. I would not recommend this hotel.

This property is more basic than basic. We booked because it was cheap and I was traveling with people on a fixed income. The one bright spot was Kevin at the front desk. My room was not properly cleaned sticky rings on the desk, cooties on the floor obviously not vacuumed. Hair in the shower. The linens were clean at least. One roll of toilet paper, one small tube of shampoo, one small bar of soap that looked like it was previously used. No iron, ironing board or hair dryer in the rooms. Had to get more toilet paper at the desk. Desk is closed from 10pm until at least 9am so you are literally sh*t out of luck if you need toilet paper during the off hours.

The front desk staff was shockingly rude, refused to help us at all, and LITERALLY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON US while we were stranded after midnight. Leaving paying guests on the street in the middle of the night with zero accountability is atrocious. Complete garbage service—DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.

The rooms , floor dirty, Im used to go to inexpensive hotels and at least they provide you with shampoo, soap or other amenities , your place nothing The customer service office is close at night tom int 9am. This the first time I go to the hotel and no one is in service at night time Other stuff on the room were fair

The entrance was sealed off as if it were some protected, bank. The lobby and foyer smelled of marijuana so strongly that I nearly turned around and left. Individuals were smoking marijuana outside both entrances of the facility. The room in general had a clean appearance, but there was one towel that was dirty and used, and the washcloth was damp. The soap that came from the package was incredibly subpar, there were no glasses or plates. There were two pillows, one of which was very flat and nearly of no use. I got out of there as quickly as I could. Additionally, I called and requested a towel from the front desk and one never arrived.. will not be revisiting

The hallways were clean & smelled good. A suit with stove & sink, but no dishes at all, no hand towels at all, bed had 3 huge burn holes in the mattress. Only 2 bed pillows for 2 people. We had 1 bath towel & 1 face towel, had to go ask for more. Worst suit style room I've ever stayed in!

I Loved the location Lack of toiletries, ant problems (some were the red ants that bite), and towels (a policy where you have to return your towels to be washed and returned to you)
-
The location Toilet paper issue, ant problem, towel issue

The the property was terrible felt very unsafe there it was dirty. There was no amenities whatsoever in the room be no soap shampoo nothing.. I paid for four nights. I stayed one and moved over to a hotel that I felt was safe and clean and landed up forfeiting the other money as the hotel would not refund me anything. I would never pay again as I did here when I checked in.
