Everyone was extremely polite and helpful 24/7! Loved my stay!

The room was in terrible condition. The shower was broken, the couch was filthy, and the TV remote was dirty. Worst of all, there were cockroaches and other insects in the room. Despite reporting these issues to management several times and requesting a room change, we were repeatedly told the hotel was being remodeled and that there were no other rooms available. That's no excuse for placing guests in dirty, poorly maintained, insect-infested rooms. The TV only offered a few local channels, some of which didn't even work. There was no Netflix, no movie channels, no Wi-Fi, no in-room safe, and nowhere to wash clothes. Overall, this hotel was far below even the most basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone. Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Fan did not work Staff unhelpful

The room that I had was great. It took three times of going to the front desk to final get into my room. Unfortunately, it was very hot so that experience was so disappointing. Breakfast ran out an hour before the breakfast window ended. My family and other guests were disappointed.

Check in seemed normal. The longer I stayed things got worse. I only stayed 1 night, then found another hotel. TV didn't work, spider came down from ceiling, holes in wall like something was removed, no smoke detectors, went to breakfast in the morning the waffle iron was not clean, Laundry room was out of order. Staff didn't care.

Room could be a little cleaner as well as the outside areas. Would not stay in the hotel again, I will also not recommend it. Room looks outdated, and things look dirty.

First, the property looks old and for the water pipe issue which they had on Friday made the whole ambiance somewhat rough and unkept. I was downgraded to a room when I had booked for a better room for the first night, I accepted because I don’t want to start looking for another hotel after the hectic trip and I had expected some form of compensation but none was offered though I requested another room for the second day and was given

Pamela and Paul were very nice and helpful. The property, if not very old, it looks like it is. And there was a can of paint spilled on the floor of our room. The hot water was locked in the sink in the bathroom. We did not stay the night.

Location was great No wi fi

Friendly staff but the property was so old and not clean at all. There was a lot of ants in the restroom, mosquitoes and dead spider in the from. The sheet didn’t feel clean and there was a stain on the pillow and terrible sound every time after using the toilet. My baby woke up with insect bites on his leg and stomach. Breakfast was bad

Parking was convenient. Breakfast was bare minimum at best. Bedroom had a ceiling fan that couldn't be turned off. Room was clean. Location was near lots of restaurants. Stay wasn't terrible, wasn't great. For the price paid cant really complain.

Everything is amazing. I love staying here.

Stated free breakfast. No breakfast.

We had an absolutely terrible stay. The pictures listed of the property do not match the rooms. The room was dingy and had bugs and ticks on the sheets. We tried to push past the issue but the staff charged us extra after already paying for our entire stay. We had to place a $100 deposit down even though again, the room was already paid for after checking in. This deposit wasn’t explained and wasn’t refunded even after staff mentioned that it would be. Overall I would’ve given this “hotel” a negative rating if I could.

Room had roaches and smelled awful.
-
No WiFi , no eggs for breakfast or meat for breakfast , no coffee because coffee machine was not working .
-
Furniture was old and ragged, very bare kitchen essentials. No bath mat or rug which was a slipping hazard. Lots of construction. Even had plastic taped over our windows and couldn't see outside or get sunlight

The stay was amazing room was very clean and comfortable. The area was very peaceful. Love it
