Convenient, clean, great location. Perfect for overnight footy stay close to everything we needed.

Even though the lift was broken, the staff made some hilarious signs to lead us up the staircases to our rooms. Well - the lift was broken - it was somewhat inconvenient.

Close to shopping mall Lift still not working so having to walk up 70 stairs to your room is not the best especially is your travelling with suitcase over 15 kg in weight.

The staff were helpful, friendly and assisted me with everything. The lift was broken and I was transferred to another hotel, the staff were great and made other arrangements for me.

Location. I wanted to be close to the Art Gallery of SA. No lift. Stairs. We were warned and they did the best they could but there was still no compensation or extra treatment to make up for this lack.

Location was excellent close to the shopping mall and walking distance to Adelaide Oval. Secure car parking. Unfortunately the lifts weren't working but we were informed when booking. The staff were friendly enough to take our luggage up to our room in their staff lift. We stayed on a Saturday night so very noisy in the streets, very little sleep.
