About the view There wasn’t any lift in parking to go to room directly

Everything was really amazing. Staff were so polite and the breakfast options were delicious. I loved the location. Everything felt in walking distance and I loved looking out at the park every morning with the hills off in the distance. The overall hotel is very clean and modern. I was very impressed with the quality of hotel for the price. The buffet breakfast was heavy on the fruit side and didn't have much in the way of protein. It felt kind of thrown together. Room service was confusing. We really didn't know when they were coming and when they weren't. Some days we had to ask for things like toilet paper and towels from the front desk. We would be gone until evening and come back and nothing was cleaned. I think they only did a full clean once and we were there for a week. Outdoor seating on the balcony would be nice too. Otherwise its just a balcony and you can't enjoy it.

Great location, great price and facilities Our Air conditioner didn’t work and was very stuffy in the room. The room also smelled of cigarette smoke which is odd as they’ve been done up in the last 10 and I know that smoking inside has not been a thing for at least that long

It is a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfy and a big selling point is our opinion. As lovely as our stay was there were a few gaps that would have made our experience even better. Which I will out in the next section There wasn’t much we didn’t like but a couple of suggestions: Provide coat hangers Have a decent ironing board. The cover kept falling off. We were ironing expensive dresses it was not a good experience l. We have stayed before and provided feedback as had the same happens then so feedback not taken on board. I loved the online check in and check in options. There were amazing however the online check in had the wrong room booked called 10 times to rectify and each time the phone rang out. No acknowledgment that I was calling Hotel Alba. In a queue. It just rang out each time and was quite stressful. I’m sorry to seem negative but I hope my feedback enhances the service that your Hotel deserves

Since they got rid off that awful first opening menu, the restaurant and bar area is alive with people talking laughing and enjoying life.
