Location Very disappointed that when I checked at 12pm if my room was ready after driving 4.5 hours I was told yes but would be charged an extra 40 to check in early. Not great service when other hotels will call once cleaners have been and is available to check in. Was told to come back at 3pm.

Always find the staff helpful and respectful. The location suits me perfectly, fantastic parklands, great local shops, and the views from the balconies. Usually I can hardly fault any of my previous stays, but this was an exception! I had a king executive on the top floor, which was located right next to the lift. Being the top floor, the lift motor was just above, and it was very noisy. Till late that night, then again from very early next morning. From the bottom of the room door was a very large gap to the floor. I ended up using 2 towels to block out the bright hallway lights to try and get some darkness to sleep, because that and the lift were just to much.

Location across from the park was lovely for a morning walk. Location suited us to travel to the Adelaide Hills. The room was a bit noisy in the early hours with a garbage truck lifting and dropping what sounded like large hopper bins. Beeping etc. Plus traffic noise woke me up. Breakfast was ok, not fantastic.

Easy access into Adelaide cbd locations. Clean and comfortable room. Bed was excellent. Bath a brilliant bonus. Parking available at cost but so convenient. Very noisy aircon outside the window. Also very nosey car sounds going up and down the road in front of the hotel. From midnight to about 5am. Also only limited beverages available for non alcoholic drinkers. And limited GF meal options. Could extract any body wash from bottle provided whether faulty plunger or empty.
