Carpets were not clean. Ive never had a problem before. Will stay again as its a one off?

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quite large as it was a family room. I thought it would be quite loud being on a main road and parking area was large but it was relatively quiet during my stay. More directions i.e. check in in Alba building, parking was a bit harder to find when unfamiliar with the street, Google Maps sent me to a small street next door, shower cubicle is quite small if you are larger frame.

Good location. Free parking is a major selling point. Also will say I love the soaps in this hotel, so much so that I'll be buying some of my own! I think a family room could use a bigger bin
