The room was spotless clean, the staff was very polite and helpful and the location of the hotel is great! I loved also that there was a convenience store right across the street, 1 minute walk to get whatever you wanted for the cheapest price available. The room seemed to be a little smaller than the picture, nothing else wrong with it!

Made a reservation and even got confirmation by messsage, but when I checked in, the staff told me that my reservation was cancelled with no reason. No explanation.

Nothing . Very disappointed The cancelled our 2 night reservation and only were able to offer us 1 night which did not work for us. We had to look for another hotel. They said it was because of a concert and the 2nd night was more expensive and they could offer it to other guests for more money. Very disappointed. They said that the portal does that and there is no way of us knowing until we arrive at the hotel to try to check in. I never received a cancellation

only the location one elevator did not work, internet did not work in the rooms so everytime i had to come down to lobby level to work, the staff did not arrange any help so all 3 days i had to come down for any work on my computor, the hotel had taken a booking of a students of 10-16 years making a lot of noise, making reception dirty as they brought pizza every evening from outside and had it there, screaming and shouting but even the reception staff did not stop them- it was impossible to talk as I had fixed up a meeting at the lobby level but due to noise, we had to go out. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone and I would like Booking.com or the hotel to reimburse my charges as nothing met my expectations.
