Old building Curtains not in good condition

Cathedral bells early in the morning could be annoying but I liked.

There is no water no hot water and no WiFi

Room was not large. No hot water.

Location is superb. Just right across the cathedral. Room is spacious and the building is beautiful. They have a patio where family can gather. The towels on my first day look like rugs. And they have no floor mat for the shower room. No hot water on my first night as well. I did not complain but everything was amended on my second night. New towels and hot water began to work. Wifi is not secured. It can be super noisy when there is a big event in the plaza. I think the whole town can hear it so I'm not complaining.

I liked the location only and the lady that helped me in the front and that is about it nothing else was good or worth staying again. I really hace nothing else to say good about this place. There was no hot water at all. The towels in the bathroom look like they have been used since the hotel opened. Also there were no blankets at all only sheets.

Excellent location and best price in the zone

Very central location . Free coffee. Attractive old building. No hot water. No heating. 3 steep steps into very small bathroom. Small room .-stub toes on bed corners.

great spot right downtown. so much to see and do just a few blocks all around. we felt safe and enjoyed the ambiance, the room is very clean and white and you can see the town square and cathedral from your window. Great place to get to see some of the best of aguascalientes by foot! so noisey, the windows are so thin and it's on a main street, so there's always scooters, cars, music going on. Also your window to the balcony is kind of shared with your neighbor... and no blinds, its very bright at night. We had earplugs and eyemask so we were fine.

Large beds , big rooms , very good location being right downtown Aguascalientes It gets kind of noisy because of the proximity to the City Hall and the underpass street right in front of it

The location of this hotel is excellent. Directly across from the cathedral and so close to many cultural sites. Cockroaches!! We stayed on their first floor in an interior room. The exterior window faced the courtyard where other residents hang out so the only way to maintain privacy was to keep the window closed and shades down. That's something to consider on a hot day. There were other issues that are mostly small inconveniences. The biggest problem was the cockroaches. There were soooo many inside the bedroom. As soon as we turned off the lights to go to sleep they came out. We turned the lights back on when we noticed something crawling on the wall. It was a cockroach. The gross little ones. On the floor they were everywhere. Some were even trying to crawl into our luggage. We left in the middle of the night because it was too much.

Central place :) Central place, so the cathedral's bell felt like it was inside the room

location old furniture, stairs and lack of a close parking

Pillows are too hard and bulky, the window frames on the balcony are rusted from the bottom. Other than that, everything was ok.

Price, support, staff attention and location It does not air-conditioning; you can hear a lot of noise from the street at late night and It does'not have parking in the building itself.
