The hotel is in the middle of the city, near all restaurants and market, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and has a great view to the city, peach, and the port. Clean, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast. The pool is clean and cozy.

Close and convenient to shopping and food Shower did not work water seemed to turn off after approximately 2-3 minutes of taking a shower

We booked a sea view room and pay for it. Instead, we get a room with city view and partial sea view. We tried to change the room twice with no luck. We requested room service around 5 or 6 pm to clean something urgent and they informed us that room service only work during day

Location is perfect During breakfast time .. the guy who brings back the plates to the kitchen, he was very very very, noisy!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Rude and unprofessional receptionist, only Rozana. However the male receptionist was nice and professional. The breakfast did not have a variety of options and the quality was not good enough. The receptionist told us the room had a sea view and it was a city view. Our check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm but they kept delaying until 3 pm and when I asked Rozana, the receptionist, she was rude about it, told me just wait and this is not my issue.

The staff were truly friendly and they allowed me to have early check in and late check out without any additional cost. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the sea view was amazing.

The perfect location for everywhere in Aqaba. Such a beautiful place, everything you'd need in a Hotel, a pool, a restaurant and room service, TV and excellent bathroom. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The staff are so kind and willing to always give more than you ask for. They're polite and always ask if you need anything, they'd change the room everyday if you'd want and supply new toiletries each day. Big bed, good view, clean and not surrounded by tourists. Good breakfast, the first day. The variety of food remains pretty much the same throughout our week stay. But still excellent :)
