Excellent location near to everything but hotel area was calm. Beautiful garden to sit and relax and nice view from the rooftop restaurant. Food okay, not great. Overall really good experiance.

Good location, beautiful view from the restaurant Manager's attitude to the customer (who is complaining about the conditions in a room) is puzzling. Very limited seaview from the third floor (because of huge palms) obviously doesn't fulfill the expectations and that issue should be announced earlier on booking. Unfortunately the room which we received didn't remained that one which was visible on booking website. Furniture and general conditions much worse than promised. It looks like a cheating. What's more, another client using his card opened the door to our room, which was scary. Of course he did it because of mistake. When we told the receptionist about the incident, he said, that probably the door wasn't closed properly. But when we asked the man who came into our room, he informed us that door was fully closed. Can you imagine that somebody is coming to your room? Especially when you left some valuable things like tablet, mobile phones and money? I travel a lot all over the world and visit many different hotels. Some of them are in budget style, some are on the higher level. From time to time I like to practise backpacking as well and this form of travelling is also nice. My needs are very basic. But here, in Gardenia, I felt very bad because of worker's behaviour and all the surrounding, negative aspects. My girfriend has similar feelings. I'm sorry, but that was a mistake to stay in this hotel.

The room is perfect for one person. Beautiful view from the balcony. The stuff is very helpful. The hot shower (very hot) Wi-fi is not stable

the location was the best in this hotel close to so many sights. the beach is just opposite the hotel. the cable car station is very close. The area is very nice especially at night very lively. The staff were ok. the pool looked fine. Luckily we only booked to stay in this hotel for one night. we booked 2 rooms, the air conditioner was very bad not cooling at all, my kids couldn't sleep at night.

Great hotel close to the beach

I totally enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beach is stone throw away, the room was clean, wifi worked great, the staff is very helpful and friendly, breakfast and dinner were very good and with a nice view from the top floor, the locationis also top. I think as good as you can get for this money There were no hot water in my shower for a couple of days but they got it fixed. The palms in front of the hotel are kind of obstarcting the sea view so try to get a room on the 4th floor if possible :)

Had to pay for water at meals (even though food was included and even coffee). Although the food was very nice, charging to drink water seemed a bit weird for this pricepoint.
