Breakfast good, and small changes daily?? Chef/ala carte also good, and rest off staff also really Nice and helpful?? Meaby small changes hotel room doors, easily can hear what happening on stairs etc. But doesnt bother me.

1. nice and spacious balcony with chairs. 2. bright, new room 3. fresh food for breakfast 4. A restaurant with a very beautiful design, where breakfast was served, included in the price. But you can also have lunch and dinner there. 5. Comfortable, clean and secluded pools 6. very close beach 1. The common corridor where the elevator is located is very audible in the room. The threshold should have been installed at the door, there should have been rubber seals on the door and in the doorway. It was very inconvenient, although we only spent the night. 2. The cleaning is not very attentive: cosmetics are not changed in a timely manner (I had to buy them myself), bed linen is in pellets, there is very little space in the closet, they do not look after the refrigerator (it had ice in it and the door did not close well), the cleaning lady puts bags in the trash cans in such a way that it is difficult to put trash in them (I had to straighten the bags myself) 3. After sweeping the floor, the cleaning lady forgot to take away the trash collected in the corner (I did it myself) 4. The tap in the sink was not secured and was loose. 5. The place under the tap for toilet accessories is broken, the back board falls from there, which fell on my foot several times and it was painful

Staff Housekeeping doesn’t clean rooms daily

We booked the property primarily because it said on booking.com that it is FULLY accessible.... This is not the case, which can turn into a big problem if you really depend on it. We were traveling with someone who cannot climb stairs or only with big effort and pain. The buildung we were assigned and the restaurant, swimmingpool and all rooms in that building are ONLY accessible after climbing several relatively steep stairs into the lobby/restaurant. Then there is a lift, but only til 3rd floor. Our rooms were on 4th floor, even though i made it clear well ahead of time that we are traveling with someone who absolutely needs a room accessible by lift. This was made known at the time of booking, with well enough planning time in terms of assigning rooms, especially if you advertise your property as accessible, these HAVE to be maintained. Also it families having rooms near each other should be understood, especially if acceaaibility needs are communicated from the beginning. Otherwise rooms were nice, small, clean, not fancy, nice balcony. Breakfast, restaurant and housekeeping staff very nice.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very good food, we ate there 3 or 4 times. Nice pool. Waiter was very friendly and funny? Only thing we didnt like was loud music from other bars, but it wasnt all days of our staying.

staff were very nice and helpful, property had two swimming pools which was good and location was good as everything was nearby, breakfast was reasonable not a variety but the watermelon was delicious! Was not aware alcohol was sold in the hotel and loud music played, lift only went up to 3rd floor so we stayed on 4th floor and had to carry all luggage’s up the stairs no assistance provided sadly the rooms were quite small but did the job for a short stay, book the family room if you need more room, there was issue with one room as the smell was very bad due to drainage problems and staff were not able to sort it out during our stay which was a shame, cleaning was not great even though we requested it only once during the stay of 3 nights! They only give one key card for each room which can be a problem if you have a family.

Their warm hospitality truly made the stay memorable.Overall, Hildergarde Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation in Alanya.

Such a good hotel. It would get cleaned every day and the cleaning lady was super nice and good at her job. All stuff were really nice and polite. The breakfast was really good and you had many many options to choose from. The food in the hotel was really nice and we ordered many times and really liked it. It’s close to the beach and in a nice location. We 100% recommend this hotel! Also, the last day we had a confusion with taxis (because of the company’s fault) and the hotel staff came out and helped to solve the problem and we are really thankful for this! The bathroom had a problem and smelled bad

I liked a new comfy and modern style of the hotel. Breakfast is ok, but could be a little bit more various. Location is good, not far away from the beach and many restaurants are over there. Unfortunately I was unlucky with this hotel. Firstly I had a room, where I’ve found a big cockroach. I asked the stuff to do something with that, because it’s not normal, the hotel isn’t in the forest or somewhere. The guy from the staff said me “it’s the season of cockroaches”. Yeah, but I stayed many times in Alanya exactly in July and never seen something like that. After that they disinfected my room. Next day when I came to my room at the night I’ve found 2 more, to be honest I couldn’t even sleep, because I was scared of these big cockroaches. In the morning I asked to change my room because of it and fortunately they’ve changed it and in my new room wasn’t this problem anymore. But still I didn’t even hear any apologies from the stuff. Breakfast also can be a little bit better. Cause you have just variety of vegetables, salats, fruits, cheese and just 2 cooked things: fried eggs or some fries. That’s it. I understand it’s not expensive hotel, but I was in Turkey in many 3 stars hotels and I felt there much better than here.

Maybe not the cleanest hotel in the world, but definitely one of the cutest ones.
