Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel

All the staff - from reception to room service - were very kind, helpful, and friendly. For example, my suitcase wheel got broken - and they arranged a person coming to the reception to fix it for a small fee. The location is perfect - right in the middle of the main tourist street, 3 min walk to Kleopatra beach, a few minutes to other sightseeings - it's really in the heart of everything. There is a steak house on the ground floor, facing the tourist street - it's cosy to sit there. I don't eat breakfast and don't use sauna, so can't say anything about those. There are a couple of things that they could work on (like investing in fresher bedsheets) - but for the price of almost 3 times cheaper than nearby hotels - I am willing to forgive them these. On this note - I walked past a few other hotels I was thinking to book - and I am extremely happy I chose Blue Hawaii. All of the hotels in the same price category were further away from everything and looked worse. P.S. Ask for the room facing the street - otherwise it'll be probably rather boring view. I paid a little extra but it was worth it big times

Dirty. They don’t change sheets or towels. They just hang used towels in balcony to dry. They don’t refill toilet papers or hand soaps. I told front desk and he said I had to wait until morning. I had to shower and air dry my body. No AC in lobby. No visitor allowed for just the bathroom use. Charge extra for wifi and water.

Location was very good, right in the middle of the Kleopatra beach, so its a nice walk to either side. Food quality was bad, only sweets were fresh and good. Rooms are dirty, you have to extra pay for everything. True 3 star hotel, if you clean the room a little by yourself then its good for sleeping. All inclusive food is not worth it, we ate only 2-3 times in the hotel. Photos of the hotel are atleast 10 years old.

The staff was very friendly. Overall, the food on the menu was good but the desserts could have varied more. The location is great. It is 3 minute walk away from sea (Cleopatra beach) and there are several small markets and shops nearby. The other residents of the hotel were mostly families with children or couples.

This place is not extremely strict about wearing a mask in the lobby so that if you forget to wear it nothing bad happens. Coronavirus PCR tests can be ordered and done at the hotel, no need to go to a test center. Sea view rooms are noisy due to the traffic in front of the hotel. wifi is extra even if booking says included, and is bound to a single device (MAC address). Sometimes it is hard to get a knife and fork for you meal, probably due to pandemic restrictions, but only the staff has access to it and must give it to you when you sit down with your meal.
