I was greeted by a roach as soon as I opened the door. The cleaning of the room was subpar. The door has a huge gap underneath it and I asked for them to repair it but placing weather stripping. It never happened. Then a saw another baby roach. They had the room treated and finally got rid of the roaches. Also had dirty linen placed on my bed one week.

There was no wifi, my refrigerator didn't work, and they went in my room without notification.

Host at checkin was amazing Hostess lady was a doll. Maintenance man was rude.

My room was dirty when I got locked out my room after hours noone was there to let me in price keep flipping and when I show a email stating a price of 13 off or a lower price they say they don't know

Pest control came through and sprayed my family's belongings. Staff were nonchalant about issues at hand. The room was half cleaned. The room advertised was not what was provided, but I had no choice at the time because my family needed emergency shelter.
