Quality Inn at Albany Mall

The check in process was fine but we booked an ADA room and the one that was assigned was dirty and filled with smoke and a very overwhelming sent of marijuana which triggered asthma for one of our guests. Unfortunately, that was the only ADA room available so we got moved to another room on the 2nd floor. The room appeared to be clean but the sheets were stained. We found roaches in the bathroom and the smell of dampness was a bit overwhelming. The agent apologized for the inconvenience for which I appreciate and by no means holding them at fault but I would not recommend this location to my family or friends.

The hotel is in a perfect location. We walked to the mall. But the pool was out of service and in need of repairs. It was a nice hotel for the most part.

The pool was closed. The A/C was barely working, although they assisted me in fixing it. It was close to some good restaurants and shops. The rooms were okay, it just needs a bit updating and some new furniture.

The only thing I did like it has a great location! But I probably wouldn't coming back there again! The overall cleaning and conditions like the sheets, floors, and showers were not as clean, the floors were dusty, had to wear shower shoes because the showers wasn't that clean, and the sheets were also not clean, I found particles of trash and a couple small black bugs, I had to use other stuff I bought just to feel comfortable in the entire room! They ran out of hashbrowns and didn't bother about putting more out there, and the Managers stares at you the male guy!

I stayed because it was close to shopping. I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel if I saw it first, it needs to be updated

It was dirty, there were roaches, big ones crawling around The cleaning staff were definitely not friendly, one of the front desk managers she was friendly. The washing machine didn’t work properly. The vending machines took money with no product came out.

The Staff The room was not clean. The linen was not clean and cockroaches was crawling in the room.

The room smelled like a gas station bathroom. Reeked of urine smell. I called Expedia to cancel and they refused. So I went ahead and booked another hotel somewhere else.

The motel turns into a club over the weekend. Very noisy, loud, and inappropriate for children. The male staff that night did nothing about the noise, traffic, or half naked people, but told my son and I we couldn't sit outside my room. Trying to get away from the smell. Guess he was clubing with them.

The room was clean, great area for shopping Mall walking distance,Staff was Great! Will stay again.

We have stay there 3 times and every time the pool was not open. The breakfast needs some help, other wise each stay has been. Staff has been wonderful each time.

The location of the hotel was great. It was next to the Albany mall and plenty of places to eat. The room had a bad moisture problem. All the furniture, light coverings, bedding, walls, and shower curtain all had stains in it. Also, there was a bad storm, so either the rain came through the floor or something because our room floor was wet. The noise that you could hear was like being outside even though we where inside the room.

Price and location close to my affair I was not comfortable my bed had hair on it this place looks old and creepy. Had no other choice but to stick it out. It was not an good place for me and my family

I enjoyed my stay. The pool was ABSOLUTELY amazing in that Georgia heat.
