Beautiful, high end finishes. Although there are easy transfers to the beach, the property is not on the beach. Everything else was wonderful

Is a very nice hotel just that doesn’t have direct access to the beach. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and relaxing time to the spa. Very nice people at the reception. Is not with direct access to the beach. Was good that they offered to transfer us to the beach.

The size of the room. The restaurant is excellent. Great food. The staff are very pleasant. Hotel shuttle to the beach (no charge) and into town if requested (charge) The location is very remote. If you do not have a car, plan on walking. It is basically a place to stay and enjoy the sun and sand.

The hotel and common areas were nice, the location was poor, no access to the coast and down in the valley It was difficult to access, with suitcases, no access to the coast due to railroad tracks. Had I known this, I would not have stayed there.

We had an exceptional experience in this lovely and very modern hotel. Our room was spotless and exceeded our expectations. All staff are extremely friendly and always very helpful. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco in the reception, we also enjoyed fresh fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our bedroom. Very tasty breakfasts with a range of pastries, biscuits, fresh fruit, European breakfast and so on. The restaurant has a very unique lunch & dinner menu. Every dish we have tried was presented at a very high standard and was really delicious.We would highly recommend this place to anyone.We will come back here very soon. Disappointing

Not much. The view was decent. Nothing open. Pools closed and filthy. Walk way to beach was disgusting!! Tried to make appointment for pedicure but they couldn’t remove the polish that was already on my toes. Assigned seating was weird at the “free” breakfast but the food was cold and gone with maybe 6 other guests staying at the resort. Boring place to be! Attitude when I went to Barr and ordered wine! I would not recommend!

Hotel is a great standard hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hotel room was great with everything we needed and a good size. Great balcony with sea view. Hotel also in general is very clean which was very important factor for us. Food at the hotel was also very good and not too expensive for hotel food, and a great selection for breakfast. Location is excellent and with ample free parking. Only ten minutes drive from Castellammare del Golfo which is a great fishing town for eating so a car is recommended as a taxi is quite expensive. Hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the beach where there are private loungers and a great restaurant on the beach. Can't fault our stay (9 nights) and would recommend this hotel. There is nothing that I can say that we didn't like with our stay.

Great pool, sunbeds and pool towels. Shuttle bus to sister hotel by the beach. Excellent sandy shallow beach sunbeds included in the room rate. Good buffet breakfast with efficient replenishment. Every interaction with staff extremely professional and friendly. Ample free parking. Thought room rate was slightly expensive. food in restaurant was average. Very salty pasta and meat cheese platter overpriced based on other experiences.

Nice modern hotel close to the beach. Comfortable facilities. Good sister hotel on the beach and a good shuttle in between. About 1 kilometre flat walk if you want to between the hotels The hotel is 3 kilometres from the town. No bus service so you either drive or pay 20 euros each way for a taxi. No other restaurants around the hotel. The hotel has a good restaurant reasonably priced however the menu does not change and if you go to the sister hotel on the beach the menu is the same even at lunchtime no snacks available. Staff at reception appeared disinterested they do not great you. No one serving at the bar you had to get reception to call someone each time you wanted a drink. We also had an early flight to catch and needed to leave the hotel at 6.00am. I settled the bill the evening before and asked if we could get some breakfast which we had paid for. I was told that some breakfast would be left behind the bar for us. When we came down there was no breakfast and the night manager had no milk to make coffee. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Just need a bit of TLC in the rooms starting to show signs of wear. Easy for them to do.

Beautifully clean hotel. Wonderful reception area. Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. We arrived early and it was no problem for us to be using the facilities before our room was ready. Great breakfast experience. Super clean - cleaners work very hard Pool staff very friendly Fantastic restaurant and food. Spacious room with a large balcony terrace. Easily accessible to local towns. Location doesn’t match the hotel, there is no where to walk easily and you definitely need a car. There are teabags in the room but no kettle or coffee. Also expired juice in minibar. The rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and there is a lot of noise from above and can be heard next door as well. In room security light is constantly on in room which was very bright but the cleaner managed to turn it off. Curtains do not close properly Didn’t like the way the owner / manager getting annoyed and impatient with the staff in front of the guests. It is a pet friendly hotel but they allow dogs at breakfast and in the pool area and often they were barking by the pool. Expired juice in mini bar

Breakfast was good. Staff are nice. Make sure you have your own transportation, as the hotel is far from the center. Rooms are priced differently.

Room cleaning was very good and the breakfasts were tasty. Staff were lovely. Location is terrible. You cannot get anywhere without hiring a car/taxi. A taxi to the local town (5 minute drive) is 20 Euros one way. If you go into the town in the day (its lovely and has a lovely beach) you have to pay 40 Euros there and back, then if you want to go out to dinner because there are no options near the hotel (apart from the hotel restaurant) you have then pay another 40-50Euros. It is impossible to walk anywhere as the road has no footpaths, it is busy and not lit and there is a railway line in front. We were advised to use an underpass to walk to the ONLY pizzeria 500 mtrs away and it was full of debris, sewerage and not lit. A cab was 20Euros to go 500 mtrs. The shuttlebus to the sister hotel runs regularly. The timings that they display in reception are often not met (mostly late and have to ask staff when the bus will turn up) and also the pool at the other hotel is tiny with 8 beds and offering the same menu, so only worth going to sit on the beach. A shuttlebus to the town would make more sense. The resort really needs to offer a snack bar menu to make it more enticing to stay by the pool (which is nicer at the resort), but you can only eat off the restaurant menu which doesn't offer snacks/pannis/fries/salad options etc. You also have to go to the lobby bar to order a drink when you are by the pool. It would be much nicer if they had a bar and some tables by the pool. There is a "rule" that you cannot bring your own food into the hotel, so when we got a takeaway pizza one night I was told that I shouldn't be bringing food in to the hotel and that they couldn't provide a knife. This is a ludicrous rule because the hotel does not sell snacks/fruit/ pizza etc. The room terraces are not fully private because the walls dividing the room terrace are too low, so it means you can't sit out on the terrace unless you are happy with being able to fully see your neighbours/hear their conversation.
