Quiet location, very clean and comfortable. Although our stay was in June it was very cold and the heating had been put on in advance of our arrival. Easy access and parking right outside. Great location for visiting Glyndebourne, we have stayed here before and hope to again next year.

Just fitted what we wanted

The location was perfect in terms of proximity to the South Downs Way

Beautiful location in the countryside with fantastic views, it would be difficult to get there without a car unless you were willing to get a cab to and from the local train station. Our hosts were fantastic, so willing to help with anything and cooked a delicious, great value breakfast (with their own homegrown tomatoes) The only negative, but not a problem for us, was that the room was small but it certainly had everything we needed and was comfortable and good value.

The accommodation was excellent! Spotlessly clean and perfectly maintained. All the requirements for a longer stay. Veranda overlooking the countryside. Great country village location. Excellent breakfast. There was nothing to dislike!

Beautiful setting, lovely rooms, kids stayed in the living room which worked well

This was a lovely peaceful location to stay. The accommodation is a cabin, we chose the smaller one, as only for 1 night and it was perfectly adequate. Peaceful surroundings, set in a garden, and the owners were happy for our dog to have a run round in the enclosed garden. So nice after a day driving from northern England. Personally I found the bed rather too firm, but my husband slept well, so just me. Minus temperatures during the night, but the provided small oil filled radiator kept us warm. Nice to have kettle provided, and towels too. Good location for us to catch the ferry from Newhaven. The owners are really nice. Made us feel very welcome.
