Spacious for all the family Double beds both very basic and uncomfortable. Pillows also uncomfortable, need replacing.

This house is perfect for a family stay, well seized rooms, great kitchen and social areas and the town is on the doorstep. Also perfect for exploring the local area. Check out time is quite early so book the late checkout if you're not early risers!

The properly is beautiful. modern, clean and in a great location. if I had to be really picky I would say it could be slightly cleaner.

The house, the location and the size of the place, well appointed It was too hot, someone had fiddled with the thermostat before we arrived and it was 30 degrees. I phoned and we tried to amend but a waste of heat and money. A slight point, but with no curtains etc in the kitchen dinner (which is fabulous, there is nothing to absorb the noise. With a big party we found it a bit noisy at times. Only a small point but could make more comfortable for neurodivergence people

Loved the fact that we could walk to the beach and high street in a few a minutes. The cooker could be better.

Nice clean holiday home, looked like the online pictures, enclosed garden, good location in extremely up-market housing development. Only problem was the doors. We had been told to pull the door towards us to open the front door which was fine, but locking and unlocking it from the inside was a different matter and quite a struggle. The French doors into the garden were similarly quite stiff. Both would benefit from the attention of a locksmith. Other than that the house was great and I would be happy to visit it again.

Was booked to celebrate our mum's 70th birthday and she couldnt believe we were staying here when we turned up. Location was excellent, very quiet neighbourhood, brilliant range of crockery including plastic (for our 3 year old or in the garden) in the kitchen. Plenty of room for the 8 of us including lots of different areas to sit and read or chat and enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine. Garden was enclosed particularly important for us with our 3 year old and the dog. Said there would be coals for the bbq but we couldn't find them so had to use a disposable. Also the fan on the oven was intermittent so very difficult to time any cooking in there.

A spacious, modern, well equipped & tastefully furnished house with a private garden & good parking facilities, in an excellent location. Thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. The metal bed frames & creaky staircase only because we had a baby with us who was a light sleeper!

the pictures tell the story as it is! a true reflection, a classy residence in a classy location, 11 minutes walk from the sea and the shops, nice restaurants and pubs. I question the value for money out of season? £960 for 3 nights! this is a genuine question rather than a negative comment?
