The gentleman at the front desk always finds me a quiet room

The only good thing was that the front desk attendant was polite. I did not appreciate that there was a lot of paperwork signage needed before obtaining the room as I've done other properties with Wyndham and did not have this issue. Along with this, the room smelled awful as soon as we opened the door. The area is pretty sketchy and we watched a cop patrol the parking lot not even 20 minutes after we arrived as we decided that we would not be staying. A room a couple doors down had a full trash bag sitting outside their room. Along with the room having a bad smell, the bathroom door was hard to open and shut as it would catch on the bottom.

TV had 7 working channels. I complained and didn't get any help or support.

I had to stay overnight due to my flight being cancelled. I understand properties age and the room wasn't the highest quality, but it served its purpose for a one-night stay. The room was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.

I didn’t feel safe at this place I was disappointed to find out there was no gym and my girls went down for breakfast and there was flies inside the juice machine just nasty. I would not go back to this place. Staff was nice but should been a sign when they had glass at the reception desk between them and the costumer.

The room seemed clean, but, there were hair balls in the corners, little bugs in the bathroom sink, the blanket did not look clean and the towels were very poor, old and very used. There was not regular coffee in the room. No one freshen the room or asked if we wanted it freshen. I asked for clean towels the second day, but never saw any one after that.
