Location: convenient and safe. 1.The original room bathroom’s ventilation system did not work. Complained about it at least 3 months, and finally they move me to a better room(unit). 2. No warm breakfast: it was just very basic. 3. They also charged $5 per night for parking, which was annoying and absurd!

It was close to restaurants and the metro There were bugs in the room

My room was fine. I was asulted by another customer 8n the lobby and the man at the desk did nothing to help. The man through me crossed the lobby and had his fist in my face and was threatening to punch me.I had to call the cops and he took off.But I received no assistance from the hotel My room was fine. It was cheap and available with free parking. Check in took a zillion minutes.

We at least had a place to stay. The lady at the desk was helpful when we had to change rooms becasue the air conditioning didn't work. Nothing was up to Wyndham standards. Everything was worn and needed updating. The activity on the balconies and in the parking lot made you truly wonder what was going on. That suspicious collecting of people was still continuing the next morning. We survived but were not pleased.

The staff accommodated our need to have our rooms next to each other The rooms smelled like smoke. The safe did not work. If you walked barefoot in the room, your feet became filthy. The breakfast was virtually non existant.
