The hotel was quiet for sleeping, which was perfect. The TV had about 55 channels but only maybe 25 which worked. Most were news only. The casting to TV didn't work, as well as the Internet was hot or miss. The room for the most part was clean, however, the vent in the bathroom was nothing but horrible thick dust, which was gross. The "neighborhood view" was the dumpters. Literally. Also, they wanted to charge $6 per water in the room. You are better going to the local store to buy your own. Parking was fine. But to call for your car, the room phone didn't work, so had to go to the hallway and use the phone by the elevator. Tried calling from my cell phone, but again, service was bad. Most front staff was friendly, however one lady didn't seem to want to be bothered and tried to say she had nothing for a parking for our car that was assigned to our room. No worries out vehicle was ok and found and after talking to someone else. Not sure if we would stay again. The location a was decent.

Great to stay

Great for the price. Amenities were few.

Clean room and decent amenities. Was able to find cheaper parking for $30 a night instead of the $45 they charge for valet. Overall would book here again.

From the moment we w talked into the hotel it was warm, inviting and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfy, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking valet needs some help as not timely bringing up vehicle in the morning. Called in advance and still noticeable delay.

The Hyatt Centric was a wonderful property. The room was cozy and quiet with a beautiful view of Old Town. All aspects of the accommodations were amazing. Every member of the staff that I encountered was congenial and very helpful. I will definitely be returning for another stay.

Check in was easy. The staff answered all questions and told us about the shops and restaurants on the street. It was very walkable or you can take a free trolly or bus. In the morning there was a great coffee shop on the corner that we got coffee and muffins to go on our way out of town. The room itself was very clean and new. Every inch was made for good use. However, it was really tight in there. We went to dinner and left early in the morning, It was good for a one night stay, but not for longer if you are traveling with more people. The decor was fabulous though. Loved it!

Check in was for 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until 5:45pm so we had to wait in the city with our luggage and it was ridiculous that was not communicated with us until we showed up to check in at the original time. There was also no body wash in the shower and our room was not cleaned while we were out.

Everything sparkling new and very clean, decor presented in a nice DC vibe. Delicious all-day restaurant. My favorite breakfast on the road is the Hyatt Centric. Nice bar that attracts people from the surrounding area in the evening. Can even order an early breakfast before the restaurant opens. Very friendly and obliging staff.
