Great place to stay I never look any place to stay 100💪

Upon arrival, I noted the numerous steps up to the lobby from the street with no ramp for handicapped access to the lobby. I don’t usually require a ramp, but the steep steps would not have been easy to mount with my carryon roller suitcase and backpack. A gracious and pleasant valet/doorman/porter assisted me with my suitcase prior to check/in. That was not true upon my departure; another employee was present and though I approached him for help with my carry-on sized roller bag down the entry staircase, he waived me away by pointing to his phone where he was engaged in a lengthy, seemingly pleasant personal conversation for many long minutes—enough time for my Uber to arrive, enough time for me to stand and wait for him to finished his conversation, which he was loathe to do, enough time for him to continue to ignore an elderly lady traveller requiring assistance. I finally gave up and asked my Uber driver if she thought she could assist me with my bag since the assigned employee made himself unavailable to do so. I was abashed at his inattentive and rude behavior. I will not visit again.

We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and they absolutely adored our dog, Rosie. It’s clear they genuinely love having pets as guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Alexandria. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.Traveling with a dog can sometimes be stressful, but this hotel made it effortless. Rosie felt just as welcome as we did, and that meant so much to us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Alexandria. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets or simply looking for exceptional hospitality!

Great place. Very clean. Small parking lot so you will need to park in the street. Not sure if there is a parking garage around.

I like the room with plenty space and I love the comfortable bed.

Clean, fresh hotel. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Short walk (~1-2 blocks) to hop on the free King Street Trolley.

On early check out, minimal staff was available. This is understandable on a Sunday. But the inconvenience was quickly resolved.

Very nice hotel. It was clean, smelled good, and was in a safe area. Close walking of about 5 minutes to the old town area.
