Great location. Short walk to the Metro, CVS, Whole Foods and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Laundry on site. Our room was clean, updated and comfortable with all the dishes we could need for a 4 night stay. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and they offered egg whites and turkey sausage too. There is a small grocery in the lobby with all sorts of snacks, beverages and freezer meals. They were out of laundry soap so we went to CVS so no big deal. We will stay here for any and all DC visits!! Be sure to check Metro times at King Station if you need to travel anywhere early. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast.

This place was okay. Hotel is dated and could do well with a remodel.

Breakfast is amazing and has options for everyone, including gluten free for those with allergies. The coffee is good, too! The metro is an easy 3-4 block walk, and the area feels very safe and clean. Our family overwhelmingly agreed that we would stay here, again. Hats off to this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful experience on our first trip to the area!

Our day was OK. The rooms were definitely outdated and a little dingy. But for the price, I guess it was fine. Staff was fairly helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was decent. They definitely rushed to shut things down on time if not early. So you had to grab what you could when you could, if you were a late sleeper. The only thing they didn't leave out any complementary water or coffee or tea. Another thing that's not mentioned when booking is parking. It's street parking or you can pay $50 a day for property parking. That was $150 unexpected. There were spits of mold in the bathroom bathroom shower. It's a fair place to stay for the price. Again, the rooms were very dated and they just seemed a little musty and dingy didn't feel very clean because everything was old. The carpet definitely needed replacing. One other thing that was a little creepy was in the vanity area with the sink. There was something scratching behind the wall, where the light was not sure if it was a little critter or if it was just an electrical thing. Even when I turn the light off, you could still hear it scratching. Only heard it for one night. I don't know if I would recommend the Property but if you're on a budget, maybe.
