Fantastic location, facilities were good, apartment was really nice, onsite shop was well stocked, friendly and helpful staff and the onsite cafe was also really good. We traveled in April and so they said it was too early in the season to open the pool bar which was disappointing. We have stayed in the accommodation close by and the pool bar is open all year round.

The apartment is good quality and surrounded by a golf course, it's quiet and reasonably equipped. The inside pool was nice in the winter. It was not crowded. The check-in process was bad, slow, and without providing information like even a map of the resort. Disorganized and not professional. One of the beds had old mattresses that are not comfortable. The sauna was working "only for women" but that information was not provided during the bookng, wcich is obviously misleading advertising and I personally consider a fraud. The staff just said "it's closed", but there was no mention of a refund or a discount. Nice business model, to advertise some facility that doesn't exist.

Pool was lovely....nice experience! Having towels to check out and use AT THE POOL vs having to go all the way over to the lobby would have been very nice and significantly more convenient.

Very nice area. Even had an attached grocery store which had some great pastries the morning we checked out. Staff was very professional, helpful and nice. It also had a great outdoor area. Wish we had more time to check out the pool and gym. The furnishings weren't that great. It was a little outdated but everything was comfortable. Bathrooms were quite nice.
