The hotel itself is beautiful, well-located, and offers great overall amenities. We experienced a major safety issue that completely ruined our stay. Upon arrival, we found broken glass on the kitchen floor of our room. This was incredibly dangerous. For a hotel of this standard, such a serious oversight in housekeeping and room inspection is unacceptable. It poses a direct safety risk to guests, and the cleaning staff needs to be far more vigilant.

It is quiet and relaxing with large and modern rooms. Great breakfast. The spa is divided from the indoor swimming pool. The spa area is smaller now and you have to get to a separate space for the pool and the relaxing chairs. Prices for food and especially drinks are too high. The bar and restaurant where empty. Maybe lower the prices?

Staff were warm and friendly. This is an all suite property and the facilities and comfort are exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic with a wonderful display and oodles of choice. VERY nice resort close to wonderful golf courses and walking distance to a beautiful beach and nature reserve. Really suited our needs

Location Wi-Fi wasn’t stable in my suite. It only worked in the common areas which doesn’t help on a work trip

The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. We especially loved our suite and its amenities. If it's labeled 'Adults Only', then it should be consistently enforced and not just mentioned on signs outdoor and indoor. The sauna is very small (fits a maximum of two people), creaks loudly, and isn’t in a separate area—it’s openly accessible in the 'Adults Only' pool area. So in the end, you end up being the naked one among the pool guests.

It was my second time staying here and I loved it even more than the last time. The rooms are spotless and have everything you could possibly need. The bed is soo comfy! We used the spa twice which was lovely and relaxing. The staff were all so friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Not walking distance to that much but just a short cab away which was fine for us!

Liked location, staff friendly and good breakfast. Swimming pool very small, and around the pool very run down. Sun lounger need updating, also the umbrellas.
