Foundation was cracked, outside door did not lock place just looked dingy

Not as pictures show, heat not working, no toiletries ie,shampoo very small soap bar. Mirror light not working. But frig and freezer OK, toaster microwave good, bathroom/shower clean, some open entrance doors didn't require door key to enter,looked like always unlocked. and kind of a lingering smell/order in hallways. Overall get what you pay for. It worked.

The property wasn't very secure, exterior doors were propped open all night. My room was clean but had a musty odor of pets and old cigarette smoke. The place where the smoke detector was supposed to be was just wires hanging from the ceiling. Hallways were very noisy at all hours of the night and the common areas were untidy.

The room was so dirty, I was able to get a refund and stay elsewhere. The entire property was filthy.

Staff was helpful, rooms were ok but the halls were dirty and smells bad. Price was reasonable so for what I paid it was what I expected. I just needed a place to rest a few hours.

Weeds grown up around building. Pool advertised was and had been inoperable for some time. Hallway was goss. Room was OK.

The lights above the sink didn't work nor did one light near the bed. Only a single desk chair and no other seating. There was no towel bar in the bathroom. The pool was out of service. It's unlikely that we'd stay there again.

This property is very dirty and unkempt. The floor in my room was filthy. I could see dirty shoe prints all over. The whole place smelled like dirty dog and marijuana. Trash in the hallways and outside. The bath towels were the size of hand towels and worn. Just awful!

There wasn't anything about this place I liked. I don't know how it's even allowed to be open for business with the poor condition it's in.

The place needs CLEANED. Nothing

I usually try to stay here because I am only here to sleep due to business. This year the bathroom was dirty and it grossed me out. I didn't arrive at the hotel till later at night therefore I had no other option as it was late and already paid for but won't be staying again

Room was clean, had no hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner but had kitchen supplies(pots pans dishes glasses). Hallways were dirty. Walls need to be patched & painted. Pool was not open on a very hot weekend.

For what we needed it was fine but the halls were not clean and it smells musty. We only needed a spot to rest a few hours. I don’t like that it’s located basically in the back parking lot of the truck stop.

Room it’s self was clean and has amenities needed for the stay. The hallways and exterior of overall property struggled to be clean and kept up with.

The hallways were a mess with trash and stinky! Looks like people live in one part down stairs. The room was actually clean. No amenities except for towels and a bar of soap. Very sketchy place. There was a call girl that followed us down the hall and knocked on another door. The room across from us had 3 bags of trash sitting out in the hall when we arrived. This morning when we left they were still there and for some reason a package of cigarettes were laying outside out door. People were standing around outside the building throughout the evening. Never again will we stay there. The pool is shut down as well.

There was no breakfast or food of any kind. The only thing I liked was having a place to rest our heads for the night. The room itself was clean ( per say ) but everything else was sketchy. The outside of the building was unkempt and trashy. The hallways and entryways were trashy. The water in the room tasted like soap and fabric softener. Very Noisy. Someone's kids were screaming at 3 am which made all the rooms with dogs bark. The toilet took about 10 times to actually flush.

The odors in this motel were unbearable. The images showing renovated suites gave the impression that the facility was in a much better state than it actually was. Plumbing fixtures were loose to the point they could be taken off the wall and faucets were leaking constantly. The floor had a layer of oily grime which caused me to deeply regret not having shoes to step the few steps between the shower and bed. The only positive thing I can say is that for the refund process both Expedia and the motel staff were accommodating and helpful. I give them credit for rectifying an obviously unacceptable situation. The odors alone in this building lead me to believe this property is in desperate need of wall assembly renovations likely as a result of a failing roof and resultant water infiltration. Painting over smoke and water-filled walls can only hide the esthetic concerns. I would be shocked if this building could pass any building code inspection for air quality. I deeply hope the staff who are making the most of a bad situation there are able to find work once this place is shut down.
