Very bad signage. Hard to find driveway. Check in was awkward. Had to come back for keys, directions to room were vague and wrong.....no ice machine.....room was fine but not 2 star..

room seemed a bit warm, we had temp set to 60 & AC on when 30-40 degrees outside.

Not well kept up. Wallpaper was peeling, drains were slow. The whole room needed to refresh. Bathroom was very clean but room rug really needed a vacuum.

i never like hair in the bath tub...but there weren't clumps, just a couple stuck to the wall and side of tub. could have used an extra blanket if one had been available. really did not dig the bedspread, but it was clean.

Too much light came into the room in the nightime. I didn't get a good night's sleep. The first 2 remotes that I tried for the TV didn't work. Finally the 3rd one worked. Toilet seat had a lot of wear & tear.

It was a sobering moment when I found myself stranded outside my hotel room without anything but my dog. It was shock when I found the office closed. Luckily, I was able to scale a wall and open a window pretty easily. Too easily. Also, NO internet.

Way out of date, check in clerk had B.O. Bad enough to permeate the office. The bathroom light flickered, the mouth wash seal was broken Ã°à ¸ÃÂâ¢

The internet was nonexistent. Air conditioning that did not work. The room was an oven. The staff was disrespectful and did not care about the hotel's shortcomings. Quality of a bad motel but price of a hotel.

All things to be expected and would not stop me from staying again. Water pressure was lacking and it didn't get as hot as I prefer, but it was hot enough to wash. The decor seemed to be in flux, with a few modern touches, but it was mostly out of date.
