I had a wonderful stay this weekend. The front desk staff that checked me in upon arrival was very helping and kind. Breakfast was good, room was clean! No complaints. Thank you for caring about your patrons.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit my daughter at Amherst College and it has never disappointed. Very convenient location, lovely front staff; decent breakfast; comfortable beds and big room. I feel very safe staying there.

Very good and comfortable place to stay.

The breakfast was decent, although if I had to mention one minor issue, it would be the waffle makers. One of them clearly needed to be taken out of service, as everyone’s waffles kept sticking and getting ruined. It caused more frustration than it was worth, and removing it from operation would probably have been an easy fix. This is not really a complaint, and the situation was more on me and my family than anything else, but I have never had a manager knock on my door 15 minutes after checkout because we were running a little late leaving. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, and we were definitely late, so I understand why someone needed to remind us. Usually, I would expect a knock from housekeeping, though—I’ve never had a manager go up five flights of stairs just to knock on my door. That’s certainly dedication! Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay with nothing particularly negative to report.

The tv didn’t have streaming services and the channels did not match the guide that was in the room and even the guide on the tv wasn’t correct.

Nice hotel, but there weren’t many people there and they put me in literally the farthest room.

First of all, the staff was exceptionally kind. We were there for a funeral and had to fly in from Florida. The clerk at the desk, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name, was so extremely helpful and kind to me. She ran our boarding passes and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place. She requested the wheelchair for us at both places. I can't say enough about how comforting she was for me. The breakfast area was very nice. It was clean and they were plenty of options to choose from. We sat with our brother and sister-in-law each day and were able to have a great conversations and enjoy our meal together. The room was very comfortable. If we ever come back we will surely stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is so close to everything and therefore very convenient; especially the destination of UMass Amherst. The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable I brought from home. We used the gym, pool and hot tub and everything was great. The breakfast room and breakfast were a great start to the day. Will definitely stay again.

This is our third stay, we look forward to returning and wouldn't choose any other hotel.Highly recommend.
