Our room really smelt Smokey and musty

I ordered a king suite and they put me into a handicap king suite. I have experienced across a few properties now, that when you book on expedia for marriott courtyard, you get assigned the handicap room when the reservation hits the marriott system. It sucks and there is never a way out once you figure it out.

Always our first choice for Amherst. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is well presented. Easy parking and convenient to Chipotle, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and about 10 minutes from Amherst College.

Good I live in Japan where tipping isn’t a thing. It is hard to get used to it. I know that it is part of U.S. culture. I just wish the rich owners of companies that run big businesses would pay higher wages to those who work to make your business successful

Excellent accommodations! Our room was very clean, spacious, and plenty of amenities. The staff at the front desk and the breakfast/coffee bar were amazing! Will definitely stay here again!

I thought breakfast was provided, but it was not. The indoor pool was too cold to swim in— for me, anyway. I enjoyed the hot tub.

It was conveniently located for all the places we were visiting. There was also a restaurant onsite. Our room was next to the ice machine which seemed to refill each morning at 4:00am. Breakfast was not included in the cost.

Nice and clean and quiet I wish I had none about the outdoor fire pit it would have been nice to sit out there and enjoy
