Clean, staff great, breakfast good, as was parking!

Great hotel

Because of flight delays we got into the Hampton Inn very late, about 3:00am. The gal on staff was very helpful and accommodating and got us checked in without incident. We were understandably exhausted and she told us that we could call for a late check-out in the morning (extend to 2pm) for a fee. Given that we had a toddler with us & check out was 11am we did call to request a late check out just 6 hours later, but were told it was too late to ask and they had already set their housekeeping schedule so it was not possible. This was probably the biggest disappointment of our stay. The room was great, the cleanliness was good and while we missed the free breakfast, we always appreciate the consistent quality of a Hampton Inn.

Helpful and welcoming staff, breakfast provided many options, hotel was pretty booked up but never once heard other people in their rooms so overall very quiet rooms. Shower pressure was great and just right! Hotel rooms were pretty clean but I am “an extra clean person” so I look for hair in beds, bring wipes to clean off the phone, remote, clean counters before I put toiletries down and the only thing I could say was that I did find 2 hairs in my bed but that could have been when they were making the beds so I did not sweat it and simply removed them made sure the bed was clean otherwise and slept really good because the beds were very comfortable and I was tired from our 12 hour drive. Oh and another plus is that the gym is open 24 hours!

Breakfast had a great variety of choices and the area was clean and food quickly refilled. I travel a lot and I highly recommend!

Great hotel location and staff!

Property very close to the highway which worked out really well for our road trip- was pretty clean and those at the front desk were very nice.

Always our 1st choice when visiting university at Buffalo
