Breakfast was great, also coffee and tea always available. The room was great. The staff were all absolutely lovely. Friendly and helpful. The hotel is a perfect location for the train station yet also quiet with no outside noise. There was nothing that I didn't like.

The staff and location where perfect. The staff was so kind and the location right off the metro was very convenient. The room was very clean and it was so nice they offered a small play area in the room for children.

Quirky two level room but very clean and well equipped . Excellent breakfast included and unlimited free coffee in the train style lounge. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location for station and central Amsterdam. Nothing

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is easy walking distance from the train station and as easy to walk to all major sites.Also public transportation nearby The room was small but the beds were confortable, the bathroom well equiped and everything super clean! All staff members were friendly and helpful Breakfast was very nice and the eating area welcoming at all hours. There is a supermarket just near doors, very useful A little larger room!

The location of this hotel is very ideal since it is right across from Amsterdam Centraal. The rooms are not that small but not that large but still exceptional for 2 pax. They serve a decent breakfast every morning, just the basic Dutch breakfast essentials like bread, ham, and boiled eggs, nothing that exciting but enough to satisfy you for the morning. There is also complementary beverages like coffee and water in the lounge area. And the hotel's theme is trains so fun for people that are into trains The hotel is on the older side but they do well to maintain and upkeep the place. Not that much of cons but it does get annoying to drop off your key with front desk and you get the key back when you return but that is their safety protocol for the hotel.
