Very close to the Central Station on a major street. The hotel was quiet and the staff very helpful. I will stay again if I am in Amsterdam.

Location Nothing

Central location was excellent The bed was slightly uncomfortable however for a short stay it was fine
-
Close to the central train station No option for breakfast but the staff was amazing at giving me suggestions on local restaurants that had really good breakfast options.

the pictures did not give more information of the whole hotel they only picked the spots that is nicer but never displayed the hallways , the reception and anywhere else , very deceiving, not being truthful of what you are going to get into . see above comments

Slightly strange with the shower in the same space with the toilet. After my shower, the whole floor was wet which wasn't ideal.

The location and the room

The location is perfect! Room space is ok and the bed is comfortable

Location No facilities at the hotel. It's very dark and not a great value for money in terms of ameneities offered and cleanliness of the hotel. Only plus point is the location is central and it's a 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central and the hotel has an elevator.

How close it is to everything and super clean N/A

I don’t understand how 2 people can sleep on that size bed! This is just a kid size bed, we couldn’t sleep all night because we can only fit half body on it! Toilet and shower is just a joke! When you take shower water goes on the toilet/sink/towels… The “view” omg! I booked a room with a city view, they put usnin a basement with closed windows so there is absolutely no day light!!!! Feels like you are in a prison! Guys if you want to save your nerve system just AVOID this hole.

Location. Room with skylight window, barely room to move in room, no lobby and the cost. The worst hotel stay in 50 years.

Stayed here twice when I landed in Amsterdam and then while I was leaving the night before it was lovely the second time they’ve had a lovely note and some snacks and drinks on the bed to thank us for staying with them twice

Loved my room, clean and surprisingly spacious. Excellent location, just minutes away from Amsterdam central station and in short walking distance to most of the attractions. Can't really complain, I had a good time on my short stay. Maybe one little thing, some guests were a little noisy (banging their doors), since I'm a really light sleeper I was occasionally startled. Overall I had a great time and would come back again.

The coffee machine at the reception

The hotel is pretty central to the train station and all the main historic attractions. The beds were nice, and the shower was good. At night, it was a little noisy from the streets around. The reception staff are nice. There are plenty of food options around and a very good grocery store around the corner. The room we got is not for long-term use. Two nights were too much. If you are a light traveller and a deep sleeper, this place will be great. Firstly, this is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, and we have done plenty of travelling in Japan and Taiwan, so this says how little it was. The room was not functional, and there was no room for your suitcase to be out. Nowhere to sit and nowhere to put anything. The bed becomes your everything. We were on the top floor, and the only windows, which were perfectly fine, were the ones on the roof. Also, a tall person could not stand much in the room. The biggest issue with this hotel is the walls. They are paper-thin. First night, we got to learn about the English couple's trust issues with their loud and expressive fights over text messages on phones. The second night, we learned about a European couple's intimate noises.
