Great location, minutes walk from the train station where Eurostar drop you off. Friendly and very helpful staff, nice breakfast and complimentary drinks down stairs.

Fantastic location from the Eurostar but also slightly off beaten track and easy access to main sights. The receptionist who checked me in gave me a short but great insight into where to go and best places to see; really useful and informative. Nothing to be honest.

Beautifully appointed hotel on the canal with lovely large rooms. Walking distance to most important sights. Near many nice restaurants. Nothing.

It was my first time to amsterdam and i cannot be more happier. The location is great, the staff were very helpful specially Tatiana at the reception. The room was very cozy and calm. We got an early check in as well. Thanks and i recommend this hotel for every one Nothing

breakfast was lovely and afternoon snacks and drinks were great. The rooms were quiet, they had everything we needed. This is a great location and we could walk to everything we wanted to see. liked everything!

The location was wonderful. It would have been better if mineral water bottles have been added each day.

Close to train station, making carting luggage easy. only 10 mins walk to more salubrious area. Boutique look interior. Lift. Close to train station unfortunately meant filthy surrounds and cheap takeaway food outlets in the local neighbourhood Room very compact, not enough room for our luggage , and heard hotel neighbours.

the free beverages before we left the hotel plus we lost our bag and the steff was super attentive and helpful thanks to them we manage to fund it!

The property is a perfect location to the train station, really friendly staff, great snacks and complimentary drinks through the day.

Super friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy. Very central location. Breakfast and drinks included. Would stay again. Room had a few minor repairs.

The staff were super helpful and polite. The hotel was centrally located and close to lots of great dining options. The bedroom was tidy and clean, the bathroom spacious and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. There wasn’t much not to like. The only negative was more about being in Amsterdam as the wafting of foul smoke and dirty streets was unpleasant.

Free tea and coffee with snacks in foyer 24/7 You can see Amsterdam Centraal from the front door of the motel. A little noisy at times during the night but that’s because of the location

Fantastic location, great staff, snacks and drinks huge bonus The bathrooms need updating, there was a lot of mould and limescale. Outside the main entrance is really dirty with rubbish strewn around the pavement
