Very friendly staff, good breakfast and the room was very good for a short stay.. Location was good, close to tram line and the river Amstel. Free snacks and drinks provided in the lobby area. It is in the middle of a renovation so scaffolding surrounds the front of the building. Some works affect access toʻ rooms.

Hotel location was very nice, easy to walk to canal ring and other city center sights. Room fit 4 adult guests well, plenty of space. Staff was very quick to any issues that arose during stay. Hotel felt good value for the money. The complimentary coke zeros in the lobby were a bonus. There were some technical issues, but hotel staff was quick to remedy and fix.

Good location, nice helpful staff, good breakfast, and nice suggestion of having free beverages you can take to your room Picked the room with the balcony, just were not able to use it because there is no wall between the balcony and nabours on both sides were non stop smokers, that prevented us to even keep the door open. The elevator did not work so my 81year old mom had to do the spiral steep stairs

A superb breakfast with delicious real scrambled egg! A very nice balcony, a great room and bed and a super efficient bathroom and a great location The hotel needs refurbishment and our room in particular. The pictures made it look great when in reality it was old and tired But it was actually being refurbished so bad timing on us who could not enjoy the late booking Finally the staff was not great, sold us a late booking when we could not get one in reality and were not particularly attentive

I liked that it was in a great location! Really easy to move around from with a bike. The room was clean and they would give you clean towels if you asked for them. It was also safe to move around the suburbs. The rooms aren’t too spacious ! I know that might be normal for Amsterdam but photos can’t really tell. The pillows were a little too high.

It’s a lovely, tastefully decorated hotel. We had a large, comfortable bed and both slept really well, and the blackout curtains helped with the lie-in. Our room was at the back of the hotel, so it was nice and quiet - with a small balcony to relax in the sun. Plenty of space to hang clothes and there were warm lighting options. The shower was powerful and spotless. Both the room and the hotel felt exceptionally clean, with modern décor and a fresh, well-maintained feel throughout. The staff were all very welcoming and available to help. Breakfast was well worth it, with a great selection of cooked and continental options, plus good-quality coffee. The complimentary bar until midnight was a fantastic touch. The ceiling is a little thin, which is fine if you don’t have a toddler on the loose. I won’t be using Booking.com because of affiliations with the Israeli government, so hope Atlantis can be booked on another platform.

The location was amazing! Super walkable to lots of parts of the city. I expected it to feel very "budget", but the rooms were well set up and clean, I couldn't hear my neighbors or street noise. The staff and breakfast were great.

Breakfast decent... location good We were given a refurbished room that clearly hadn't been finished to a high standard. Items that we assumed would be in the room weren't there i.e. safety deposit box. Brand new TV on wall, still with plastic film on, not connected. Room decor very drab and dark... definitely would not stay here again

The lobby and breakfast were quite good. The bed was very comfortable and we had sort of a balcony that we did not expect which was nice. All staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Taimoor who really went above and beyond to make our stay special! Check in was super fast and easy. Tram line and market right across the street. Many good restaurants nearby. They are currently renovating which wasn’t as disruptive as it could have been but still was evident. We had a top floor room and were told that floor was finished but there were a lot of small things that clearly weren’t. The most puzzling thing was the bathroom sink - the faucet came out to within a couple of centimeters of the front of the basin so brushing teeth and washing up were a comedy. But overall we still loved it!

The property gave drinks and nibblies at reception which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good. The room was tiny, had no storage room for 2 bags, no fridge, paint was peeling off the wall. The storage shelf was a wheel away trolley which also housed the safe - not very secure at all. There was no hot water in the hot water tap at all in sink or shower. We found this out when returning after dinner at 10:30 in the evening. They gave us a key to use the shower across the hall.
