Hotel was fine. Basic but we only wanted a bed to sleep in. Didn't try the breakfast. All in all I would stay again. Room is a bit small and 2 single beds pushed together and 2 single duvets on top was a bit annoying for a couple.

Location , breakfast, reception staff very friendly and helpful

The perfect spot to walk or taking a tram around the city. Very clean, multilingual staff, helpful with information, etc . You walk out of the hotel, look to the left it’s Lidl, look to the right is the market and the tram stop. We absolutely loved it. None

The Staff were amazing. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and they went above and beyond in adding little touches to make the celebration a little more memorable I am so grateful for that ☺️ Location is really good. It's easy to navigate your way around. There is a Lidls, a 3 minute walk down the road and a really good food market that's open from 9-5, with lots of variety to try and enjoy. The room was on the ground floor but very minimal natural light as the room has 2 very small boxed windows. I believe it may be located next to the staff area and kitchen as it was definitely adjacent to the breakfast room, we could hear banging/clanging as breakfast was being prepared and the smells kept wafting into our room as there was a vent at the bottom of the door. I didn't take photos of my room as I found it underwhelming. I booked specifically for the pink element which wasn't as prominent as expected. The beds. It was meant to be a double and a single, instead we had 3 singles, they pushed 2 beds together. My 5 year old kept moving the mattress whilst sleeping and falling down the gap in the middle. The shower room was quite a Squeeze,

Great location with supermarkets and public transport nearby. Quite area. Friendly staff. Small room and steep stairs

Upgraded the room so the room was spacious for Amsterdam! Location was perfect, just around de pijp also 5 min walk to touristy center, also 5 min walk to Amstel. There is bus, tram just around the hotel. Clean stay for a really good price actually. We can definitely prefer again. At first we had to walk around the street because maps guided the taxi drivers around the building.

Location is great and close to restaurants and cafes. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Nothing

Location is almost perfect. Close enough to the city center but far enough to avoid all the noise. The tram stops right around the corner and the biggest street market in Amsterdam is just across the street. Lots of shops and bakeries to try. Rooms are fairly small but just like the photos. I would not recommend this hotel for couples, there’s limited space for bags in the room or in the closet. Breakfast was exactly the same for 6 days. It’s a good breakfast if you get a deal but would not recommend to get it every single day. Finally the room aesthetic can be improved, it’s a bit outdated.

the staff, those at reception and at breakfast, were very friendly and helpful . we requested to change our room as it was very small and uncomfortable and Tanya at reception was very kind to do that for us. However due to time constraints we were unable to change rooms. But a big thank you to Tanya and the young gentleman whose name i have forgotten.. Also breakfast was very nice and the hotel is located near to the tram and street/ food markets . the double twin bedroom 115 on 1st floor, is very small and built at an angle..and the beds are pushed almost against the wall. no space for luggage. we had to walk over it all the time. This room is more suitable as a single room. Also the shower is very small and its awkward even to turn in it.
