Location is great, an easy tram to city centre Staff were friendly and helpful The mattress was very uncomfortable, just a foam layer not a proper mattress like you would expect in a hotel

Very comfortable, clean, well-sized room. Very comfortable bed. Location was perfect with close proximity to very good bars and restaurants in Utrechtslaan. Very discrete and private hotel. We liked the staff-free and automated organsation for check-in/out etc. Although the air conditioning was very good, and the room very quiet without any street noise, there was a constant light hum from outside the room (a generator?). Not loud but irritating. Also, did not like the bathroom and toilet arrangements for lack of privacy e.g. sink kin the main room etc.

The hotel does not serve breakfast, but recommended a place nearby which was very nice. In general the location was very convenient and in a nice area of the city. Everything was fine

It was in a lovely location and away from hustle and bustle of the main town. Very modern property with modern decor. The staff were very accommodating and let us check in early. When we arrived we didn’t have towels, so as a treat housekeeping left us some mineral water and some nibbles. Some of the decor was a bit tired , but that’s down to other people not looking after the rooms during their stay.

Everything was amazin, from the location to the staff. Coffee machine on the common area , very easy communication with the staff and amazing room. The bed was so soft lol. The bathroom was devided by a sliding door with the room, not really comfortable with that

The room LOOKED lovely Smelt of sewage in the room at points. Perhaps because we were in the basement and the pipes are all linked? We left way before check out because the smell was so disgusting. For the price it was a bit shocking.

The property itself was interesting and unique and I liked that about it. It did feel like a boutique property, but what really stood out was the staff every single person on the staff that I spoke to and came in contact with was absolutely incredible. They were attuned to their guests, thoughtful, and helpful and gracious. The absolute only negative I could give is that there was a little extra noise coming from hallways and outside because it was an old building and there’s obviously construction going on around most cities. But it wasn’t constant.
