Very good

Location is excellent, a short walk to the museums, shopping and restaurants. The tram stop is also just in front of the hotel. The staff at the front desk, the restaurant, and the bar were all fantastic, friendly and helpful. The late night menue can use some healthy options, only had pizza and ice cream.

Location was good. Close to transport and entertainment areas. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff helpful. Nice gym area in the basement. Nice view from balcony. Small room and small uncomfortable bed with very soft pillows. Bathroom even smaller. Not ideal for longer stays, probably okay for a night or two. Reception staff not very friendly. Lots of outside noise from people and trams. Expensive for what you get.

On my first day, I was charged more than €400 extra. I only noticed it myself, and after I raised the issue, the hotel confirmed that it was a mistake and refunded the amount. On the same day, I had another concerning experience. While I was inside my room during my private time, someone from the hotel team attempted to open my door without knocking first. I immediately contacted reception because this was a serious privacy concern. I was told it was a mistake and that they had intended to leave a gift in my room. Regardless of the reason, hotel staff should always knock and ensure that the guest is aware before attempting to enter an occupied room. I also felt that the way my concern was initially handled could have been more professional and understanding. Before my departure, the hotel provided a small gift as an apology, which I appreciated. However, considering the seriousness of entering a guest’s room without knocking, I expected the matter to be handled with greater care and professionalism. Good hotel and location, but disappointing handling of guest privacy.

Fabulous location and great staff Nothing

I’ve stayed here around 10 times I’m sure, so without hesitation I normally like this hotel I didn’t like the room that was infested with ants crawling everywhere all over worktops was making a tea one night and by the time I had made a cup of tea I found 7 ants and killed them sitting at the desk in the room, then was given another room, went on balcony and there was a pidgeons nest on it so got hounded by pidgeon anytime opened doors or tried to sit on it

Our stay was amazing! The location was great but the staff was even better. They made our stay unforgettable. David was so kind and all the receptionists also! The hotel is near a tram station and that helped us a lot. Would come back 100%.

The location was great. I liked the old fashioned feel about it. I also liked the breakfast and the fact that there were restaurants there. Nothing.

Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful, with lovely comfortable beds in stylish rooms. We even got upgraded to a junior suite on checking in!

Location was superb. Staff were friendly, always willing to help. Clean rooms, we were upgraded at no extra cost to a balcony room. The only thing that i can fault was the noise outside....you could hear ever siren, every tram that passed by.

Location is perfect, great room sizes l, friendly staff. Not so much, we enjoyed our stay and everyone was super friendly

Excellent staff Excellent hotel Excellent location. 10/10 Only issue i had was at breakfast i git a coke , i tought they woukd add it to room . But a guy chased through the bar then at lobby with.card machine saying to pay for coke . Bit embarrassing. But overall a fantastic hotel
